So guys, like always, I also missed this space on Cryptoholics Podcast and I am to write a post based on the topic I loved most from the discussion on the space to recover my points. I am not supppse to do a recap this time around and so HERE is the link to the space should you want to listen to the full discussion.

While listening to the discussion on the space, the word Quantum caught my attention since the first place I think I heard about this word was in the Ant Man movie (you need to go see that movie if you are yet to see it). I am not a science student so you don't expect me to know about these things. Oh.. I think I have heard something like Quantum Physics before or am I wrong? Anyway, I have never heard of Quantum Computing before and so, I decided to do my research on this and write about it after listening to the space
Guys, let's us imagine a world where computers are incredibly powerful and are capable of solving problems that are currently so impossible for even the most advanced machines to solve. This is what quantum computing promised us and with what I have seen so far, I think quantum computing has not failed in delivering its promise.
Quantum Computing is a new technology that harnesses the mind-boggling principles of quantum mechanics. I got to know what quantum mechanics is during my research also. Please don't judge me since we all know that nobody is an island of knowledge and we learn everyday.
Quantum computers are computers that are super smart. They can do so many complex tasks much faster than the normal regular computers. This is because they use qubits that are like bits but can be in two states at the same time. Do you know what that means? It simply means that quantum computers can actually perform calculations on multiple possibilities simultaneously. This gives them a huge advantage over our normal regular computers.
So guys, with how powerful quantum computing is, I wouldn't be wrong to say it has the potential to transform many industries like medicine and even artificial intelligence right?
It is unfortunate that quantum computing is still in its early stages of development since projects like this are bound to face many challenges that they need to overcome in their early stages. I feel this challenges must be addressed first before quantum computers can become widely used.
But guys, despite these challenges, I still think quantum computing is a very exciting technology which has the potential to change the world. I think it is worth it if we decide to invest in the research and development of quantum computing so that we can utilise its power for the benefit of humanity.
The question that has been disturbing me is if it is possible for quantum computing to make things like storing data on hive or deciding what posts to show on hive better. I belive our Hive community is all about trying new things, so why not quantum experiments right?
So guys what do you think about quantum computing mixing with Hive? Can our community help shape this quantum story? Let me know what you think in the comment section.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
