If you look at your health, of course there are things that are not good for this habit, but there are many pros and cons to outsmart it and I also have some tips for those of you who have similar habits, so therefore, take a good look at some of my tips in this post.

This modernization is also what makes us always have to open a computer, laptop, or smartphone to complete it, as we also know that the sophistication of the smartphone is almost equal to a computer / laptop, and its mobile nature makes it very chosen to complete our tasks for a while before we do. Job demands, deadlines, or even design and the like certainly require a computerized process that makes us have to stare at the computer / laptop / Smartphone screen as long as possible.
But, apart from that, we also have to limit our habits and of course no matter how busy we are, we must still have limits on this one thing. The use of electronic devices for too long will also have a bad impact on our health and of course we don't want this to happen to us. There are certain procedures and rules for using electronic devices for long periods of time, and we must rest the very important body parts such as the eyes, and also our brains of course. Therefore, not all devices that make it easy will have a good impact, if used incorrectly, then it will turn into something that will actually have a bad impact on us as users. Fortunately here I will share some tips for this because I remember myself doing things like this every day, moreover I am a student where I am never far from my laptop.
The first thing to remember for you laptop or smartphone users in the long term is rest time. Rest is very important in any situation, and this is sometimes always underestimated by people. Using electronic devices for long periods of time without resting will certainly worsen vision caused by the distance between eyes and the screen of a Laptop or Smartphone which is sometimes too close. This is very dangerous when viewed from a health perspective, but this is what many people violate. Having a break allows us to refresh our mind and eyes, I also usually do it in the middle of my work and usually I see the scenery and greenery to refresh my eyesight. This is a tactic I do if I'm going back to my work soon after a break, but when my work is done I prefer to sleep for a while so my eyes don't hurt and I don't get dizzy.
The next step is to lower the light contrast from the laptop or Smartphone. I will do this if I am in a dark place, and for me the contrast is the main factor that makes us uncomfortable to use a Laptop / Smartphone for a long time. Light from a Laptop or Smartphone is a light that is very unsafe for the eyes and this must be considered especially when we are in a low light place so as not to increase the contrast of the light from our Laptop or Smartphone. It will make our eyesight become myopic, that's why I always turn on the lamp or at least the desk lamp if I have to use my laptop or Smartphone at night or in a dark place.
When I'm tired, I also often wash my face or take a shower so that my body is refreshed. This needs to be done so that we can return to top shape when our bodies get refreshed, and this allows me to work a few more hours with several washes or even baths at once. When things are fresh, we also become more productive and make us have bright ideas for the work we will complete, especially when it's hot when I have to work with my laptop and also my Smatphone, I really need freshness so I don't feel tired and dizziness due to overheating and long periods of time when using a laptop or smartphone. When we come back refreshed, we even return to how we were before doing our work, the head becomes light, and the eyes recover, and this is one of the techniques I use when I have to do a lot of things with my laptop and Smartphone.
