Week 38 went very well, there was a lot of fun going on that week and lots of people showing their best writing in the past 38 week.
The fun in week 38 unfortunately has ended and will continue into week 39, and in week 39 there will be many interesting titles that will decorate this week and there will also be many participants who will take part in the contest in week 39. As you all know, the fun in week 39 will begin with the first issue of the week, the first issue of the week requires us to discuss something we have stopped, whether it's a habit, work, or something like that. Of course I have bad habits all this time and I just got out of these bad habits, therefore I will tell you a little here, so let's check this out.
There are many things that we live even though we sometimes don't find positive benefits in them. There are many things that sometimes we want to leave because we often get losses or negative things that will actually harm us. Leaving something is indeed difficult to do, especially if these things have become our habit and we have been doing them for a long time. It's a bit difficult but that doesn't mean we can't, little by little the things we will leave behind will also be successful if we have a strong desire for it. I myself also have bad habits that I feel I have to leave and get out of these habits, of course this is not without reason, my choice is of course because I don't get positive things from them and instead get negative things from the bad habits that I have often do that. Leaving him is also not an easy matter, but with strong determination, I should be able to leave him and move on to better life habits.
My bad habit that really hurts me is eating in the middle of the night. Of course I have been doing this for a long time, this ball also goes hand in hand I also often stay up at night. At night I usually stay up late and when I stay up late I really like to buy fast food and eat it in the middle of the night. This habit is very bad for me especially for my long term health of course, and I'm already feeling the bad effects little by little now, and this will definitely take a toll on my health in the future and of course I don't want that. Eating or snacking at night will certainly increase blood sugar and make us obese, this will also trigger system failure in the body and damage the digestive system.
I have seen many people whose old age suffered from the pain of their youth habits of staying up late, eating and drinking fast food late at night, smoking cigarettes and the like. I'm very afraid that my future will feel pain like they feel, maybe now I'm still young and I don't feel anything yet but that doesn't mean that it will be fine for me in the future, in fact this will backfired on me.
At night when we stay up late, we will certainly feel hungry and thirsty. This is a natural thing because the metabolism in our body and our bodies while we are still awake will continue to rotate our metabolism and the dinner at the beginning will be processed and we will feel hungry. Of course, the metabolism runs very slowly, meanwhile our body needs time to rest and run the metabolism fast. When we are full, we will feel sleepy and fall asleep, so the food we eat will be processed into blood sugar because they are not stimulated through movement, muscle, or sweat, and this is what will trigger blood sugar to increase drastically. Especially for those who like Junk food or unhealthy canned drinks like me, this will actually have a very bad impact on the body.
I've been doing this for a long time and now I really regret it and want to quit this habit. As long as I stay up late, I will actually feel my stomach is very hungry and unbearable, this will make me eat fast food, unhealthy drinks, and sweet foods which will trigger my blood sugar. It is undeniable, that I will put my future life in danger, just now I'm starting to feel the impact even though it's not too big, and hopefully I won't get sick because of this bad habit of mine. There's nothing I can do if I fall sick because of my bad habits, and this will certainly ruin my life and I will be on medication for the rest of my life.
The only way for me is to get out of that habit, choose to live a healthier life and also eat healthy food to keep my body from getting sick. However, to get out of the habit that I have been doing for a long time is not easy, I have tried many ways but nothing works one hundred percent. And the only option is to get used to not feeling hungry in the middle of the night by eating healthy food before midnight or when it starts to enter the evening or even in the afternoon, avoiding packaged or ready-to-eat foods, soft drinks and some canned drinks, and most importantly not staying up all the time. I also started exercising in the afternoon so that I feel sleepy earlier and fall asleep earlier, so I won't have time to stay up late, even though this makes my whole body have to adjust to my new habit, I have to stick with it to get used to it and quit from bad habit that I have been doing for a long time as soon as possible.
