The 41st week of the contest was very exciting and many participants entered the contest by showing their best posts. Not only that, many of them have also started making contests in week 41. The first and second editions took place very successfully in week 41 and this time we will enter the last edition this week, even so the excitement in week 41 will also continue into the following week with various interesting contest titles of course. This week's last edition, we will discuss memories at Christmas, of course, as a Muslim, I don't have any memories of this event, even so, the year-end and pleasant winter holidays still give beautiful memories that are hard to forget. Therefore, in this post I will try to tell you a little about the year-end holidays, so let's check this out.
Memories are things that are very difficult to forget, especially when we carve out memories with our beloved friends or family. Of course, memories can be obtained from anywhere and at any moment, especially when we have the right time to gather with them. There are many memories that I have at certain moments with my friends and family, including when celebrating year-end events like this. Of course, when we talk about the end of the year, we will definitely think of Christmas events, snow in winter, and knick-knacks. Of course it's very fun but not for me, I don't celebrate it but I also enjoy the end of year moments where I can freely rest, travel, and also gather with family and friends of course. Therefore, I also have many memories when we enjoyed year-end moments like this with friends and family.
Holidays are definitely the most fun, and everyone would agree with that. I also feel the same way when enjoying holidays with my friends and family, of course, and sometimes I still remember some of those memories. The thing that I remember the most during long holidays like this is when my friends and I celebrate it by going on vacation to places, such as beautiful and comfortable places. A few weeks before the holidays, we've already planned it and are raising funds for us to spend it together. We also often hold a burning event somewhere and this is something that is very memorable for me. This year I'm not sure we'll do it again because the bad weather meant we had to be home all the time and be with our families. That's a good thing too, that way we at least have a lot of time to spend with our family at home and sometimes my friends will also visit my house and that's where we gather.
Year-end holidays are not complete without grilling and roasting chicken. We routinely do this every year when we gather as a family at home. My mom always roasts chicken when we are together at home, sometimes she cooks a big turkey for us. I really like the big roast turkey dishes on the dinner table and the moments when we eat together with the big family. There is no opponent for the large roasted turkey made by my mother, the taste is very tasty plus the spread of soy sauce mixed with sauce all over its surface makes anyone feel hungry immediately when eating it. We also cook other menus such as lamb or other meats and roast them in the backyard of the house while having fun with the big family.
I also sometimes invite my friends to eat together and we hang out together until the afternoon while enjoying a cup of coffee, and that really makes me miss long vacations like this.
And the thing that I miss the most during the year-end holidays like this is the time we got together with our extended family and also our grandparents. We were very happy and asked each other how things were. Meeting family far away makes us feel homesick and seeing how they change from year to year makes us very happy. I myself really look forward to things like this and this is why I really miss year-end holidays and every year there will always be gatherings like this.
Every family reunion at the end of the year holidays, my cousins and younger cousins are always there and make the atmosphere cheerful, they are never absent and always take the time to join in and gather with the family. Sometimes they come early and sometimes they come last, but the most important thing is to see them and other family members gather and miss each other together.
Those are some memories that are always there during my year-end holidays with family and friends, they will always make my holidays cheerful from year to year and I miss them so much.
