In this second edition we will discuss the state of our country in the future. I think this discussion is a discussion that can involve many aspects and I think if we want to discuss it in full, of course there is no end. but here I will try to give a little picture of how my country will be in the future.
So, let's take a good look...

Talking about how a country will be in the future is a difficult thing, we don't know for sure the purpose of a country, what is being planned, and what are the obstacles. What we can do is to look at the news regarding the problems that occur in the country.
A country can also be measured using certain indices depending on what part you want to research, such as the level of prosperity, health, education, or the like. These things become data that will later be concluded and become a view of the country. At this time too many people are trying to get information about a country, they make various efforts for it, they do it so that they get the amount of data they want and they will know the goals or plans of that country in the future.
An easier thing can be done if we describe our own country because we definitely feel how our country runs through the policies carried out by the government of our own country. Of course, in describing how our country will be in the future is a difficult thing even for us as citizens. However, we know a little more about our own country, especially if we have been there for a long time and went through difficult times there.
Me too, I have lived in Indonesia for a long time, grew up in my own country, I know a little about the direction of Indonesia's future direction. This is just an illustration that I conclude from various things that have happened in Indonesia, of course everything is not going as well as you can see and you imagine. Indonesia is a country that is growing rapidly and is one of the strongest countries in Southeast Asia, both in terms of economy, military, and power. However, Indonesia's internal problems have not been completely resolved, there are several problems that are still an obstacle for Indonesia to develop rapidly, even these internal problems often take the country's time to progress and develop and these problems are endless.
Apart from the many problems that have arisen, Indonesia has also tried to spread its wings in Southeast Asia with various advances that have been carried out. After several changes of president, Indonesia is progressing and becoming a strong country. The stronger the Indonesian state, of course, this country must face bigger problems, but each problem makes Indonesia stronger and stronger in facing various obstacles that may occur. From the various statements above, of course Indonesia has a goal that makes this country have a vision and mission to move forward, then what are Indonesia's goals and plans in the future?
Like the slogan that was carried on Indonesia's independence day on August 17, 2022, Indonesia carries the theme with the slogan "Pulih Lebih Cepat, Bangkit Lebih Kuat", which means "Recover Faster, Rise Stronger", which for the future Indonesia will trying to restore all aspects that were delayed due to the Covid-19 outbreak, both in terms of the economy, state order, and so on. We know that the Covid-19 outbreak has made every country weak and with a weak country it will hinder the country from developing. Indonesia will also focus on improving and preparing everything for the next more brilliant years. Indonesia will also pay more attention to health aspects so that in the future Indonesia can prevent things like Covid-19 more effectively and faster than before. Procurement of human resources and careful planning for development in the health aspect is further enhanced, the supply of medicines and hospitals is also more qualified.
From another aspect, Indonesia will also begin to improve in terms of development and also the procurement of natural resources where natural resources from Indonesia have started to be processed domestically and are no longer prioritized for export abroad. Coal is one of the natural resources that will be tried to be processed domestically and the percentage for export is only 20-30%. This restriction on the export of natural resources is intended so that Indonesia as a country with abundant natural resources can use these natural resources for the development of the Indonesian state and not for export purposes. I think this is a very good policy, apart from making the country more independent to manage its own natural resources, with this the Indonesian state will also open up many jobs for its own people, and this is an optimistic step from Indonesia for the future.
As a representative country of the G-20 which consists of major countries around the world, Indonesia is currently procuring defense equipment from various markers, both sea, land and air. After Indonesia succeeded in building a warhead company in the country, Indonesia in the future will develop a security system in the sea, which is very crucial considering that Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has a wide maritime boundary. The conflict in the South China Sea has also prompted Indonesia to strengthen the defense equipment for the navy, in which the defense in the Indonesian sea can no longer be contested. The provision of domestically made defense equipment is a firm action by Indonesia to get rid of foreign ships entering Indonesian waters without permission.
In the future, Indonesia will come up with a country with the strongest sea defense in Southeast Asia.
Indonesia has also recently purchased several fighter jets as part of the procurement of 100 fighter jets to strengthen Indonesia's air defense system and to replace aging fighter jets. Indonesia just brought in about 40 units of Dasault Rafale fighter jets from France a few months ago and it is hoped that these fighter jets will be used optimally and these jets will be tasked with guarding the Indonesian skies from various threats that may come. Strengthening defense equipment in the air defense system makes Indonesia more optimistic and stronger to become the strongest in Southeast Asia.
Perhaps these are some of the steps taken by Indonesia to take a more optimistic, stronger, and more developed future. Indonesia will become a strong country in Southeast Asia, being the only Southeast Asian country where the G-20 will be held in Bali, which will be attended by various major countries from all over the world, including USA, Russia, and others.
Hopefully the G-20 in Indonesia will run smoothly and make Indonesia a developed and rapidly developing country.
