Ya ni siquiera la mayoría de los mortales podemos distinguir entre alguien que canta con su voz natural o alguien que usa programas e inteligencia artificial para mejorar su voz -o cambiarla descaradamente-.
Literalmente la única forma sería escucharlo en vivo para saber si su voz comercial se aleja mucho de la real, y aún así, ni siquiera es una prueba del todo confiable, ya que existe esto del playback (pregrabado), que es que se reproduce la voz editada y el artista solo mueve los labios dando la sensación de estar cantando en vivo y en directo.
Y aquí viene la mejor -o la peor, depende de como lo veas- parte. A medida que más se va desarrollando la IA, más va aprendiendo a imitar la voz humana y a sonar cada vez más natural. Ahora, todos tenemos en nuestras manos un dispositivo donde podemos traducir incluso mientras estamos escribiendo en nuestro idioma sin complicarnos la vida; y si bien es cierto que los traductores no son lo suficientemente avanzados como para interpretar correctamente las ideas -con eso de los refranes, los regionalismos, las frases acortadas y la mala ortografía o poco conocimiento del propio idioma-, sí que sirven para lograr un intercambio de ideas básico con alguien de otro país, otro idioma, otro continente.
Ahora los trabajos de traductor que utilizan personas son muy pocas. La mayoría de las traducciones de todo lo que consumimos hoy en día a través de los médicos están hechas con programas que hacen gran parte del trabajo. Los humanos solo participan en la revisión.
Sí, es cierto que el campo de los idiomas es tan complejo y cambiante que actualmente ninguna IA puede entender realmente bien muchas expresiones que usamos cotidianamente, especialmente cuando se usan en un país, región, o zonas específicas.
