The routine of the people of the villages is good. They go to bed at nine at night and wake up at five in the morning. This routine is a perfect routine to perfect our body. And in the morning, they go out and work in the fields. They work hard. They sweat, which makes their body stronger. Nowadays, we are seeing that there is AC time and every person is spending the whole day in it.
The disadvantage of this is that when we have to go out for any work, we cannot do that work properly. We get used to AC, so our body cannot tolerate the heat. Therefore, we have to make our body such that it can adjust to every situation. Otherwise, if tomorrow there comes a time when we will not be able to afford it, then our body will not accept this thing, then it will be a big problem for us.
