Today's topic is interesting because here in our country this thing is happening every day and most of the people here are middle class they don't have so many recommendations and references that's why we see this everyday in an organization.
The boy is dismissed without being given a job even though the boy has a degree and is qualified for the seat but when he goes there for an interview and finds that the boy is not offered a job there. Has already been given, then it appears that in today's time, only one thing can make us successful, that is only money.

They don't even have pass degrees but their children are earning money by sitting in good seats and we are seeing all the things happening here in all the government institutions here. So we also applied for the job, that job was that of an assistant, so we went there, we first applied there through the computer and then after that we went there, we were called for an interview.
When we met the guard there, we told him that we have come for him, so he told us that this job was given to people ten days ago. After all this Sonerio, we were very sad and then we realized that a middle class boy has no respect here because he doesn't have good reference which neither can he get a good job and neither can he succeed in life.

Here we meet people who have studied 16th grade are selling in the fruit market with reds here and people who have studied 2nd grade are sitting inside the office. Are earning money from taxes, so unless such a system can be fixed in our country, our country can never develop.
Every person loves his country, but when he can't be successful in his country, he can't fulfill his family's dreams, then he goes to another country and works hard day and night there. Three rupees of our country are closed, then those people are working hard day and night and everything is done on merit, but here now nothing is being done on merit, only recommendation is going on. And that's why the country as it is is not developing at all, a person does not know how to work and if he is given a job, then how can that organization run well.
This is one of the reasons why people stop studying here because they realize that even after studying for so many years, we won't get a good job here because we don't have a recommendation.
