The use of video games addiction cause many problems in our daily personal life video game addiction cause mental health disorders According to world health organisation says who calls gaming addiction "A persistent or repetitive pattern of gaming behavior" so severe that it "takes precedence over other life interests"
Video game addiction is also known as internet gaming disorder 80 to 100 hours per week play video games are the problem gamers we play high quality violence video games which cause harmful for us.
There are some signs of addiction of games in our life
- Feel very bad when you didn't play it.
- if we feel better we need to spend more and more time to play it.
- we do not like others things when we play games.
- we faced many problems at home school work and for the gaming.
It is most important that computer gaming industry growing now a days here are some causes and affects of gaming in our life
- we are totally dependent on computer to manage moods and anxiety.
- Loneliness
- Depression
Games are affected our brains high level of violence and addictive stimules in case video gaming Long term to play tha games in harmful for our health specially our brains disorders.
Some video games pay the money to their players we know that when money involved in games people should adopt it like special habits and spend much time to play it and earn money but they didn't think about its affect and results that games affected their brain and whole body.
I didn't like to play any video games on mobile and computer etc i hated all the games on mobile and computers i prefer to play physical games like cricket football tennis etc these games grow our health and minds but mobile games is only cause discorder of minds.
