Stress means how we react and what is our emotions under pressure how we feel and how we treat with them what happen when we are in serious situation but we can't handle it in our mindset we cannot manage or control it stress is not normally considered it affect on our mind and health stress is also the name of physical tension and also it comes from an event or thought insured just can be positive or negative impact on our health.
Here is the type of stress that we faced in our daily life:
- Acute stress
- Chronic stress
- Episodic acute stress
For example we go for shopping and we have enough time or money then we may feel stress but you may not feel stressed when you have everything that you need in the condition of stress we feel high blood pressure heart disease abd many dangerous diseases he double balanced diet and control on himself we manage it by some several conditions.
Here we discussed some copes that I follow for away from stress its a great impact on our health so I always beware from it:
1)Re-balanced work and home
If we work all the time and no play the whole day we feel depression and stress if we spending to much our time in office and home so I cannot work the whole time I play sometimes in whole day to less my stress.
2)Take a regular exercise
Exercise helps to improve our nervous system when our nerves system become active we feel free from stress so that's way I take exercise daily about 20 minutes to feel free from stress an exercise is also help me to improve my brain.
3)Organise your thoughts
The main thing that human depend are the thoughts if our thoughts are not organise and well managed we did not do any thing so first of all I manage my thinking and do all according my mindset it also helps to keep away from stress.
4)Taking fruits and good meal
Fruits and meal have a great impact on our health and daily routine
the main thing impression in our life to show when we feel stress so fruits and good meal keep away from stress I alwa take good meal and fruits to keep healthy myself.
5)Sleeping time is so important
Sleeping time is the most important for less our stress when our mind is totally fresh from outsiders problems we feel free in our discussion and solve the problems so I sleep at perfect time.
