There's that one thing that everyone does but you don't. Most often we try to engage ourselves with it but we just don't find it interesting. It's funny when I hear comments like every guy does it, unfortunately, nature didn't include me in those every-guy. I am only different, it doesn't make me deficient. There are several things I don't do and I believe it started from my childhood programming.
I grew up in a village with a typical setting where just a few things matter to the people living there. Things like, hunting for rats, playing with cashew nuts, swimming, etc. And I structured my life around them.
A few years later, new things were introduced and I didn't bother myself to get involved with them. One of those things is "Watching football matches". I have never been involved with football, I don't watch matches nor do I have a fanclub. Sometimes my friends ask if I'm a guy because I'm not a fan of almost everything that guys get involved with like playing football, watching football, socializing, political talks, etc. I'm just there living a calm and almost isolated life. Difference Is not deficiency, I just didn't take them for priority and that has lowered my involvement with them.
While I was serving in the southwest. My friends will all go out to watch the champion and premier league and I'll be left alone in the room. Then I decided to join them one day, I didn't even know what was happening in the viewing center. I found myself busy with my phone while others were busy enjoying the show and shouting at the top of their voices. I couldn't wait for the match to end because it wasn't as fun as they have always presented it to be. I just sat there like a dummy and not even knowing who was wearing a certain jersey. I know my Friend got tired of me as I kept asking irrelevant questions. I just knew football wasn't for me.
