Hi Everyone! It's the weekly featured contents for Week 105:- Edition 03:-.And the topic given out to be discussed is "Embracing The Difficulties".
And today I'll be talking about the difficult times I was forced to go through in my business due to the situations of things and how tough it really was for me at that point that I had no choice but to be forced to go through the tough times.
Situations and moments that seemed bigger than me
So it turned out to be a difficult time for me after a long time of staying around the northern part of the country, Abuja. And I have been living life and doing my business aside; that seemed to be a source of income for me then.
It really wasn't easy being able to build the business to that extent and also getting to earn more of people's trust because I didn't have a store then, and it made it a really hard task for me to be able to get customers and clients around.
Because people weren't really familiar with the online kind of shopping, it wasn't really rapid, and aside from not being really rapid again, due to the past experiences some people had with other online vendors then,it seemed really hard to be able to get some of them to purchase from me then.
It was surely a difficult time.
And then, with time, I was able to get people to patronize, and somehow I was also able to get them to be my clients and shop more from me, and then it was going really well for me. Not until the tough time showed up after awhile of lots of progress in the business.
Then, when I came back to Lagos, I got robbed of my phone, which was a big pain in the ass for me mainly because of the contacts the most and some other things on the phone that are way too important to me and would help me get to the higher places I want to be with time.
And then I got to lose lots of my top connections that I was able to generate during my stay back then in Abuja, as well as my amazing customers, friends, other business partners, and co., which helped boost my business.
How I was able to cope with the situation.
It was really hard for me, and I can't deny the fact that I'm still struggling with that aspect of my life. I haven't been able to build my brand back due to some occurance that drained me badly And haven't helped me get up on my feet.
I got lots of amazing clients that made it an easy task for me then. And it was also fun and easy at some point in the journey because I had some funds on hand to help build the business then, and it was easy for me to push my brand through ads and also by purchasing some goods for pickup.
So it has sincerely not been an easy task to carry out, and the fact that, till date,I haven't yet gotten to connect with some of these amazing clients that have always put smiles on my face.
Major lessons I got to learn from the past experience.
I got to learn lots of things from my past experiences, and I also have a strong belief that it only made me stronger for the tough times ahead and prepared me for more great and successful goals that are ahead of me to attain and achieve soonest.
I got to learn that no matter how big you become at some point in life, you should never relent but rather go harder at exploring more of the happenings by going into your field and investing more in them.
