In today's world, many people are concerned about their health, and in order to do this, they try to eat healthily and exercise. Food is something very particular and depends a lot on the culture in which you live and varies from region to region. In addition, each person has their own unique style of eating. Some people have an ideology about which foods they should or shouldn't eat.
Generally, people who are better off financially have a better idea of what foods they should and shouldn't eat. Watching interviews with some wealthy artists, I notice that they avoid foods such as sugar, milk and dairy products, and gluten, in order to prevent ageing and live a healthier life.

I really admire those who lead this lifestyle, but it's not something I'd like to follow in my life. We human beings are incredible creatures and we adapt to various situations. Humans are man-eaters, but there are two types: herbivores and carnivores. The first feeds only on vegetables and the other on meat. Well, human beings are a mixture of the two.
During the pandemic, during the lockdown, I spent a lot of time at home, and of course I couldn't go out. So naturally I ate more than I should have and that's why I gained weight. My wife also got into the same rhythm and gained more weight than me. Then, while researching diets on the internet, she discovered “Low Carb”, which was a diet that excluded carbohydrates.
It was basic eating meat and vegetables every day, no rice, pasta or beans. So basically it was barbecue every day at my house. The diet promised to lose weight, but the result was the opposite: we gained even more weight. And think of an expensive diet!
My wife had gained a lot of weight, so she was obsessed with losing weight. So, after some time talking to some relatives, we decided to go on a kind of liver cleanse, to cleanse the liver and gall bladder.
This diet consists of spending a week restricting yourself from various foods, and to my surprise I couldn't eat anything of animal origin. But I accepted the challenge together with my wife. We spent the week eating vegetables and fruit and drinking apple cider vinegar water for a week.
It was a really good experience, because many foods were restricted, I couldn't even eat soy, which is a protein. It was very difficult for us, every day I felt weaker and weaker, only eating vegetables, fruit and legumes. At the end of the week we took a laxative and on Sunday, the last day, we had a cocktail of olive oil, lemon and orange. To flush out all the toxins in the liver.
However, even after finishing the program, I still couldn't eat meat. We had to wait another five days before we could eat animal protein again, as our bodies were not used to it. The result of this liver cleanse was that we lost a lot of weight and at the end of it we even felt more in the mood.
This diet is very similar to that of a vegan, who doesn't eat anything of animal origin. So I went through what a vegan goes through and how difficult it is to give up animal protein, at least for almost two weeks.
My wife said she would never go through this process again. It's quite painful, not because you're starving, but because of the things you have to take during the process, like apple cider vinegar and bitter salt laxatives.
I congratulate people who are vegan, because it's very difficult to live without animal protein. Although there are several sources of vegetable protein, as well as protein supplements.

No mundo atual muitas pessoas estão preocupada com a saúde, e para isto buscam uma alimentação saudável e a prática de exercícios físicos. Principalmente, quando chegam a certa idade e o corpo começa a dar sinais ou querem mudar o estilo de vida para se livrar de alguns quilos, em excesso, ou devido a algum problema de saúde.
Há pessoas que fazem dieta substituindo determinados alimentos, por outro mais saudáveis. Na internet há um infinidade de receitas e dietas de todos os tipos, mas é sempre bom ter o acompanhamento de um profissional como o nutricionista.
A alimentação é algo muito particular e depende muito da cultura, onde se está inserido e varia de região para região. Além disso, cada pessoa tem seu estilo único de alimentação. Há pessoas que possuem ideologia de quais alimentos deve ou não comer.
Geralmente, as pessoas com melhores condições financeiras têm uma orientação melhor dos alimentos que deve ou não comer. Assistindo algumas entrevistas de alguns artistas ricos percebo que eles evitam alimentos como açucares, leite e derivados, e glútens, para evitar o envelhecimento e ter uma vida mais saudável.
Também há pessoas que possuem uma ideologia de vida e proteção aos animais. Veganos são pessoas que não comem nada de origem animal. Eles são mais radicais que os Vegetarinos, que podem ainda se alimentam de leite e derivados e ovos, por exemplo. Porém, os Veganos não comem nada que sejam de origem animal.
Eu admiro muito quem tem esse estilo de vida, mas não é algo que gostaria de seguir para minha vida. Nós seres humanos somos criatura incríveis e nos adaptamos a várias situações. O ser humano é um manífero, porém há dois tipos: os herbíceros e os carníveros. O primeiro se alimenta somente de vegetais e outro de carne. Bom, o ser humano é uma mistura dos dois.

Era básica comer carne e vegetais todos os dias, nada de arroz, macarrão ou feijão. Então, basicamente era churrasco todos os dias em minha casa. A dieta prometia emagrecer, mas o resultado foi contrário, ganhamos ainda mais peso. E pense em uma dieta cara!
Minha esposa ganhara bastante peso, então ela estava obcecada em emagrecer. Então, depois de algum tempo conversando com alguns parentes resolvems fazer uma tal de limpeza Hepática, para limpar o figado e versícula.
Essa dieta consiste em passar uma semana se restrigindo de vários alimentos, e para minha surpresa não podia comer nada de origem animal. Mas, mesmo assim aceitei o desafio junto com minha esposa. Passamos a semana comendo vegetais e frutas e tomando água com vinagre de maça, durante uma semana.
Essa foi um experiência bem legal, pois muitos alimentos eram restritos, nem soja podia comer, que é uma proteína. Foi bem díficil para nós, cada dia que passava me sentia cada vez mais fraco, somente comendos vegetais, frutas e legumes. Ao final da semana tomamos um laxante e no domingo, último dia, tomamos um coquitel de azeite, limão e laranja. Para colocar todas as toxinas do figado para fora.
Porém, mesmo finalizando a programa ainda não podia comer carne. Era preciso espera mais cinco dias, para poder voltar a comer proteina animal, pois o corpo estava desacostumado. O resultado desta Limpeza hepática foi que perdemos bastante peso e ao fim dela até sentimos mais disposição.
Essa dieta se assemelha muito a um pessoa Vegana, que não se alimenta de nada de origem animal. Então, eu passei na pela o que uma pessoa vegana passa e o quanto é dificil abidicar de proteina animal, pelo menos por quase duas semana.
Minha esposa disse que nunca mais iria passar novamente por esse processo. Pois, é bastante sofrido não por passar fome, mas pelas coisas que tem que tomar durante o processo, como o vinagre de maça e o laxante de sal amargo.
Eu dou os parabéns para as pessoas que são verganas, pois é muito díficil viver sem proteina animal. Apesar que existem várias fontes de proteína vegetal, além de suplementos alimentares com proteína.
