All around the world there different custom and indication that symbolises that Christmas is near. One of the most popular norm that people engage in during this time of the year is playing of Christmas songs. most movies produced during this time of the year always have something to do with Christmas to show how much influence Christmas celebration has on every activity or action. Among all the whole activities that comes along with Christmas, there is a particular song I'm very familiar with Not because I consider it be favourite only. I have heard the song more than a thousand times as a child especially in my neighbourhood there is this toy shop that plays this song on repeat during this time of the year.
To an extent I can say this is the most popular Christmas song among the rest, I remember those days during my primary school education. A form of Christmas party is organised for the children, we go out to an amusement park to have fun and all. we put on our Christmas wears which includes the Christmas hat. Though I have the habit of not putting on mine, especially the one made with cotton. it has a weird reaction on my skin, in order to avoid scratching off my scalp I just dip it in my pocket and go about other activities. As at then my favourite part of the amusement park is the bouncing castle.
As a child I had this weird fantasy of the possibility that I might be able to fly like a bird in the sky just like superman does, well it never really happened the only thing that can get me close enough to achieve my fantasy imagination is the bouncing castle. I jump on it so hard that sometimes I nearly flew off the castle, thankfully the roof of the castle will always shield me. Eventually I was banned by my parents from going near the bouncing castle after I twisted my ankle 😅. it was really a painful experience but I deserved it.

After we are done with all the fun activities in the amusement park, we gather around an individual known as the father Christmas and we start singing jingle bell, jungle bell..... They were other songs but this particular song was far easier to memories. we sang the song for minutes then we go towards the father Christmas to receive our gifts. As a child I was always kind of skeptical about the father Christmas while other students are rushing towards him to receive their gifts, I always find my way towards the father Christmas and play with his beards. for some reasons I was always curious about how an individual could have so much long white beards 😅. I was not aware it was just a costume back then.
Most times whenever I visit the mall or banks during this time of the year, I'm usually attentive whenever the song is being played. it reminds of my childhood days. the rate at which the song is still being played in this present time, it shows how eternal the song is. the fun part of it is that at the peak of Christmas and New year celebration the only song that plays on repeat is jingle bell.
