Welcome to my blog and happy New week full of joy and happiness. It another newbie initiative brought to us the hive Learners weekly contest and the topic is about the effect of computer to our health.
Toady I want to share with you the ways to deal with the effect that comes with the prolonged usage of computer and Android phones.
Computer makes work easy to do and here are somebody's g the things it help me do. Making my work easy, easy access to Internet, help me in storing my device. All these are the benefits I stood to enjoy
Last two months five months I have been constantly engaging my phone and laptop because I was a constantly at home die to the fact that we were on strike. So this gave me the full time in hive I observed something during this period of constantly looking at the screen, I was some pains in my eyes due to the fact I was not have enough sleep and most of the night I will be on the screen making post and in the morning I still need to wake up to do help mom to do some house chores.
When I realized this pains my eyes I needed to think of a way to cope with my day to day looking at the screen. Here are my strategies below.
Last month I decided to make a plan on how to deal with the stress of computer using. First I decided to make out quality time to be sleeping so my eyes can relax because I have this bulky kind eyes so when I don't sleep enough I feel so much pains.
Another thing I have been so concious about is eating of , I made it a habit to be taking fruit everday, I use it to keep my mouth busy when I'm on the screen this make my writing fun and enjoyable. This is just my own way of coping with the stress of computer.
So I applied this few things by taking out time to sleep and by eating good food and fruits and these makes my writing fun. Most especially I reduced my screen light. As hivers who are engaging the platform consistently we should create out time for rest and also make the habit of eat fruits.
