On Hive, nobody is ever left behind. Hive is a true community where everyone's efforts are valued and appropriately rewarded. I have the opportunity to take part in community events on Hive and get rewards for my efforts. Because of this, it has a more equitable environment than Web 2 platforms, which are centralized.
Hive is a prime illustration of decentralization in action because of its distinctive rewards system, which values everyone's contribution.
There are some upgrades I would love to share with us.
The newbie's organizers are doing a great job, like I read in one of the author's posts about getting an icon that will always put the newbies through on Hive, I concur with that because this really affected me when I joined Hive and I nearly gave up on hive, the lady that invited me in have left me with no choice than to give up, no tutoring or mentorship, I was alone on my own, just exploring communities and finding my way, she never tutors on how to go about it or which community to tag when writing a post, I do tag ocd in all my post not knowing that I am using the tag wrongly. So Hive can upgrade by merging the new users with an icon on Hive who will stand as their mentor and put them through on Hive because not all the newbies are aware of the newbie's initiative
Second, I'll advise that Hive should develop its own exchange service so that we may effortlessly and stress-free exchange our HBD, we must not go through the stress of converting our HBD to Hive and transferring it to Binance before we can trade it,
It will be better and safer for all Hive users if Hive can do that easily, and it will be another asset to Hive.
Lastly, I will suggest that Hive have a general platform apart from the communities channel on Discord where we can complain about any difficulty on Hive because my friend had an issue with the Leofinance thread, she found it difficult to thread, it always writes application error and she has tried her best to resolve but all her effort prove abortive, due to this issue she was unable to join the Zealy campaign and this has been an issue that needs to be resolved if we have a general platform on hive where we can complain about what is difficult for us on hive and we people can attend to our complaint, it will be an easy peasy on the hive, where our complaint will be attended to and will be resolved.
Hive is like a home for most of us and we wouldn't want to lose it for anything, I would appreciate it if some of the upgrades would be attended to and not just read for fun, Hive needs some improvement that will be of benefit to all users and it will always be a thing of joy to see all this improvement happening on Hive Blockchain.
