When we think about being kidnapped, it is not something we can joke with, this comes with so many frustrations because you will terrified, probably hurt, definitely not thinking straight at that moment. I guess in a situation like this I can pee on myself and the last thing you need is some police officers who are not ready to rescue you at that moment because two things are involved is either they ask for ransom or you get killed.
Superwoman just makes sense. I get to know about all these fictional characters through my cousins so I may not be familiar with everyone of them but superwoman got all the powers I needed for this rescue mission, the flying, the strength, the heat vision thing. But more than that, she actually cares about the person she's saving. Not just getting the job done or proving a point. She cares about YOU.
I've seen how she handles rescues in the comics. She doesn't just bust down the door and start throwing punches. She figures out the situation first. Are there other hostages? Are the kidnappers desperate or just stupid? Is the building going to collapse if she uses her powers wrong? She thinks about this stuff.
And let's be honest here if you're getting rescued, you want someone who's gonna stick around long enough to make sure you're actually okay. Not just physically, but like, mentally too. Getting kidnapped messes you up. You're gonna have nightmares, probably some trust issues, definitely going to jump at every weird noise for months.
Superwoman gets that. She's not going to save you and then fly off for you to deal with the next crisis, she's so passionate and She'll make sure you get to a hospital, so that your family knows you're safe and that the cops have everything they need. The boring stuff that actually matters when your world just got turned upside down.
Here's something else I thought about what happens to the kidnappers? Some heroes would probably beat them half to death. Others might let them go with a warning. Both of those options suck for different reasons. You don't want them coming after you later, but you also don't want to feel like you caused someone to get murdered.
Superwoman handles this perfectly. She'll stop them, make sure they can't hurt anyone else, but she's not gonna cross lines that'll keep you up at night wondering if you did the right thing by getting rescued.
Plus she's just reliable. Like, really reliable. If Superwoman says she's coming to get you then relax and be rest assured that she's coming to get you. She's not going to get distracted by some other emergency or decide your situation isn't important enough. When she commits to something, it gets done.
I know some people would probably pick someone more unpredictable, like Deadpool or something. And sure, that might be fun to watch in a movie. But if it's your life on the line? You want someone steady. Someone you can count on to not make everything worse by accident.
So yeah, that’s why my answer is Superwoman. Not just because she can break chains or fly me out of danger, but because she understands what rescue really means. It’s not just pulling someone out of a bad place it’s helping them live again afterwards.
