welcome to my latest blog in today's blog I am going to cover a story which is a story which happens once in a lifetime with every boy in India. In this story I am going to cover a certain event which would have happens with every boy in India, or I would say every person either it could be boy or girl and from around the globe not just in an single nation.

Today I am going to talk about my internship experience. I have being working since 2019 and the first 6 month of my career in my organisation was termed as internship and in my internship I did a lot of working, I did a lot of hardship, I was praised by my seniors sometimes, and sometimes I was scold by my seniors, I learned a lot in those 6 month and when the 7th month came which was actually going to be my first payout month, that month I would say was the first month where I really got nervous about my performance and result what value I am providing to this company.

The first week of the month was completely exhausting for me as I was working hard in that week and with the physical activity I was indulged with mental activity as well mentally I was focused on the results and value which I am providing by doing the activity / task in the whole week. As the second week started I was called by the seniors to discuss about my performance of the internship and my future with the organisation. So while the discussion was going on I was kind of frighten that what would be the decision of the seniors and organisation and after working for 6 months I was looking forward to be a part of the organisation so whether I would be continuing it or not that was all the questions going in my mind and as the discussion went on I was told that the performance was good and the dedication was good but as now they are paying something for my professional service they are looking for an extra value, input from my end for the development of the organisation.

With this statement the discussion was concluded and I was completely in my thoughts that what that extra I can provide. An with this thought I did whatever I can for the whole week providing my extra dedication time efforts for the organisation and then theme the third week with the beginning of the third week I was observing my surrounding and I was looking at the expressions of the seniors and it was not looking that great or convince to me that I am providing the extra step which is required or I would say expected by me. But by the end of the month I receive an email by the organisations HR stating that I have been promoted to associate project manager / developer and buy offer letter was attached to it with an certificate of completion of my intensive in which it stated / reviewed myself as an exceptional inter of their company with excellent skills, and dedication,etc. That was the moment of my life where I was happy and proud of my self like I actually won a gold for India in olympic or some kind of international tournament.
