Hello there, greetings all and welcome to my blog. Incase you didn't know, I got accepted into the newbies-initiative. It feels good being a part of this. I'm here to carry out my first task which involves answering the following questions;
"What are your Hive goals by the End of the Initiative (In 3 months) in terms of Hive Power, followers, comments & engagements and any other Hive related goals you have in mind?
"How do you plan to achieve them?
"What challenges do you think you may likely face as trying to attain these goals?"

Let's get down to it, and let me introduce you to my hive 3 months goal.
Truth is if I wasn't chosen to join the newbies-initiative, the only plan I had was to quit hive. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't quitting because I was lazy and impatient with the system. It was really time consuming, and a girl has to hustle to eat. I have a job and a family to take care of. It wasn't really a quit, more like a pause till I become a bit stable financially.
But, then I got accepted into this great initiative, I have to step up and set some goals.

At Least Four Posts A Week
‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡
I really need to post more often, perhaps start with 4 posts a week and hopefully before the end of the initiative, I might find a way to post daily. I don't think I have ever gotten the busy bee badge for posting daily. That is a goal I definitely need to achieve by the end of the end of the newbies initiative.
How Do I Plan To Achieve This?
It is really important to make posts regularly, because it is through your post that other bloggers would know about you and your writing skills. Several communities on the platform has made it much easier to make posts daily by dishing out regular prompt topics. This way you wouldn't run out of topics to talk about. To achieve this, I must draft a plan to overcome the hurdle of managing my time. Takes me 4 to 5 hours to come up with a post, sometimes it drags till the next day, I need a plan that would inculcate writing hours into my daily schedule.

Become A Member Of Communities
‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡‡
Recently I discovered that being a member of a community doesn't end at joining the community and making a couple posts. That also counts, but I think you are truly a member when you have the membership indicator on your name when interacting in the community. It seems the criteria for becoming a true member of a community varies. Having the membership indicator for several Communities is a goal I plan to achieve before the end of the initiative.
How Do I Plan To Achieve This?
No matter what the criteria for becoming a member of a community is, I'm sure it involves engagement to some certain level. Therefore, I'll be embarking on a mission to engage with more Communities. Find out how to become a true member and support the community in any way I can.
