Good day everyone. How are you all doing today? I hope I am meeting you all at a good time. I myself am doing great. All thanks to God for the opportunity to be part of this week's edition of this wonderful community.
Stress is one thing every human being will face on this earth. It is quite unfortunate for many that too much stress on their bodies has led to a series of ailments and other complications due to poor stress management strategies.
We stand to be stressed out due to most of the activities we do and also some incidents or occurrences around us. It pleases me to tell you guys that stress can simply be categorized into different sections, some of which may include: emotional stress, physical stress, mental stress, and so on. And all these categories of stress are simply caused or triggered by one thing or another. As human as I am, I have had my own share of it. This has come to manifest due to various activities in which I have gotten myself engaged in.
Stress is really no big thing to me due to the fact that, as a man, being stressed out is part of it, but to the point of being broken down is quite bad. As time has gone on, I have been able to learn to cope with various forms of stress I am likely to encounter on a daily basis, but before I fill you all in on some of those ways I have put into practice to help me cope with stress, I would like to share some of my experiences with you all.
MY EXPERIENCES OF STRESS
I wouldn't want to bore you all with many long stories. I will just go ahead and tell you all about my most recent experiences with stress.
So the nature of my work is quite stressful, to say the least. Since the holiday, I have been quite occupied with work for a water company in my area.
This is really one stressful job to think of, from bagging the water sachets (putting the sachets into various bags) to stagging. It's just really stressful, but my major working aspect is on the market part. I do the driving of the vehicle for marketing and that is one stress I really would not recommend for anyone.
I wake up as early as 4am so I can meet up with the early morning market and market the water. This can take us up to a whole day depending on the demand, and this does make us work late into the night. I really wish I could stop, but I just can't be ideal doing nothing, so I have to keep going.
I have also been through the emotional form of stress. This really drained me. This just boils down to various failed relationships always ending the same way. Emotional stress had a large impact on me, and I never want to go through it again.
Being emotionally stressed had several times driven me into depression, made me lonely, and forced me to shut myself out of work, which pushed a lot of people out.I I'vehad a lot of stress experiences, but you've learned to cope because there is no better way to as long as life goes on, stress will be a part of it.

VARIOUS WAYS I HAVE MANAGED TO COPE WITH STRESS
In coping with stress, I have learned to do many things to help me recover fast and also help keep me going. In the subsequent paragraphs, I will therefore share with you how I have been coping with stress.
RESTING:
After one hectic day at work with all the constant participation in activities at work, when I managed to get a small opportunity or time off work, I used the majority of that time to rest myself and see how much I gained back myself and help my already exhausted muscles relax themselves.
Allowing my body to rest during the few moments when I am less occupied has helped me cope with the various stressors I face.
LEARNING TO LIVE WITH IT:
Since at this point/stage of my life, I don't really have much of a choice than to learn to live with every situation I find myself in. I just make a little adjustment and learn to adapt to whatever situation it may be.
So I therefore see stress as one stage of a man's life we must pass through, so I have taught myself to live and cope with it, hence making myself immune to any kind of stress I find myself under. I know it's normal. Life can not always be a bed of roses. There are days we are meant to get stressed out a little or even more.
EATING GOOD FOOD:
No matter how bad it gets, I always make sure I eat good food to help rebuild my already worn out tissues.
No matter the amount or kind of stress we all go through, any opportunity we have, we should make sure we eat a good meal it is very necessary. Eating well will help one withstand any form or arising issues and also help us face any form of stress we tend to face.
MEDITATION:
This is also one really great form of stress-withstanding. Meditating helps keeps the mind at a state of fixed all focus on one thing this brings peace from within and there stand to be no great form of peace than the inner peace.
Meditation will help us keep our bodies and minds stable, and this therefore helps us cope with stress.
LISTENING TO GOOD SONGS
: listening to songs helps keeps us focused and all at ease. This therefore stands to be one interesting means of cooking with stress.
Personally, most times when I am doing serious work that requires a lot of my time and energy, I just engage myself in listening to great songs from my playlist, and it helps me go on and on without being tired or feeling as if I am doing some serious form of work.
There stand to be many form along which people use is helping them cope with stress you will all be amazed on what they might be.
