Yes, I have thought of adding weight. I have always loved curves but didn't have a visible curve. Buying clothes that I love sometimes doesn't fit me as well as it will fit a curvy person. I didn't know how to rock my slim fit body so I craved a curvy shape. I thought I would rock curves better plus I love curves 🤧

I did some laughable things like drinking a mixture of egg and milk took it for a well but there was no result, licked a lot of peanut butter still no result all these and many more ideas I got out from Facebook I tried all investing badly to put on weight I had thought my tummy won't be affected but I was totally very wrong.

So one day I came across a PILL that is said to make me add weight just the way I seek it plus it was very affordable which made it easy to abuse. I purchased it and started taking it. It was effective. I slept longer than usual and woke up very hungry. I could consume a meal meant for two people and also consume unhealthy snacks and drinks and after a while I still felt hungry. So I ate more frequently than usual. I started seeing result after a week of being a foodie I climbed the scale lo and behold I once was weighing 65kg but now I weighed 75kg my skin got thick and tough, I got that curvy shape but it was accompanied with bulgy tummy now I got those wears that I love and wearing them I didn't feel good in it because of my bulgy tummy.

Well, I began another journey to flatten my tummy. I had stopped the pill and focused on achieving a flat tummy. Now tell me what is wrong with me? 🤦 I started looking for a remedy and came across a 10 day challenge NO CARBS - LOW CARBS - LOTS OF WATER and daily intake of lemon water and of course some healthy smoothies (a blend of MINT - CELERY - PARSLEY - CUCUMBER - GINGER - LIME - ORANGE) I consumed these blends more frequently. At first I didn't want to take this route in losing belly fat but just because infrequent exercises adds weight and makes things difficult for me I struggled really hard to be consistent but failed so I opt for the 10 days challenge and got a good result I actually exceeded 10 days and then I lost 5 kg and then 10kg😱 that was a very good start for me, consistently I maintained 65 kg which was okay with me.

I learnt that I cannot perfectly build the kind of shape I want because I am already perfectly made. I have to EMBRACE my shape because it is a special kind. I really didn't like the way I felt when I added some weight but because I needed a curvy I suppressed my feelings. There is always a repercussion when you put on some weight shedding the weight leaves you with STRETCHED MARKS and a SAGGY SKIN, this is another issue on its own.
My weight loss journey was a bit tough but just because I was eager to get rid of my bulgy tummy I was determined to be very consistent with the challenge and of course the intake of green smoothies.
I learnt what happens when I eat unhealthy food. It makes me uncomfortable. I could probably get sick if I had continued.
I drafted a HEALTHY MEAL PLAN which became a LIFESTYLE for me.
