When you set a goal, your brain opens up a task list.
Mell Robbins
Hello Everyone, welcome to my blog, today, i will like to share with you on how my journey has been so far on the hive blockchain and what I'm looking up to achieve by the end of this year.
If you've read my introduction post which was my very first post here on hive, you would know already that hive was introduced to me by my sisters @jessicaossom and @treasuree then, i wasn't much of a phone person meaning, i hardly spend my time online as I felt it was a waste of time, i only attended to my customers and post my work, that's all, all the normal entertainment apps and sites I knew became boring as it was so full of spamming post, i literally gave up on them.
I remember my sister @Jessicaossom opening my hive account for me around May when i was complaining that a particular site i loved visiting had lost its value, but still, i left it my account dormant without really checking it out then. They kept on insisting @treasure too joined that I should check it out, so around August, I started going through hive, checking various communities, the #needlework community peaked my interest, so I made my very first introduction post, then I also joined the #freewriters contest, ladiesofhive and then the #hivelearners community made it much more easy, addicting and interesting for me.
So far, I've been able to make 423 posts and comments , i have a 53 reputation, and a hive power of 16.1.
Basically, my account has been active for 2 months, my goals before this year runs out is to make about 1200 comments more, increase my hive power to 200hp, and my reputation to 60.
All these are achievable if I put in much work, focus and remain disciplined in creating more quality post therefore getting more upvotes , engaging more with other authors by giving more quality comments and curation, also partaking in much more contest and getting to make meet and make new friends, I also plan on powering up soon.
Thanks to the hive learners newbie initiative too, they helped in firing up the passion to excel here, also having @vickoly as my team leader and mentor I can't relent now.
So you see, with all these plan, hopefully, i will meet up with my listed goals.
Thank you for taking your time to read my blog, i will really appreciate your feedback on what you feel or just a contribution.
This post is in response to the hive learners weekly contest week 32, edition1.
