Greetings from the Christmas season, my friends. I hope everything is well with you. Some people have traveled, whereas others haven't. I wish you safe journey on your trip. I guess my body is adjusting to the cold and wind in Harmattan because of the weather shift.
Here is the last edition of the week 41 prompt from @hivelearners community.
I've always spent Christmas with my family and parents throughout my childhood. You get it if your parents are the only children. No Aunt bor Uncle to visit for holiday. Though I genuinely don't like it, what can I do? Most of the individuals I refer to as Aunty or Uncle are step -siblings.

Two of my sisters are married, one lives in the same state with us and the other lives far away. It would have been worthwhile to see the one that remains in Abuja, but the expense of transportation this year is worrisome. It will cost about $30 (22,000) to go there. I hardly have two weeks until school resumes, and going and coming will cost a lot of money.
Last two years was one of my best Christmas. Because we celebrated as a large family, it was my favorite. My nephews arrived along with all of my sisters and their spouses. Even though I didn't travel, the joy and memories we had were unforgettable.
Sadly, due to transportation price, the one who stays far will not come this year.
Because we were expecting them that day, we prepared food. Even though I had my mother's assistance, the cooking was quite difficult. Even more, we slaughtered two chickens and prepared a special meal.
I was really happy to see them when they came, and we initially gave them fruits before giving them rice, chicken and salad. After eating we decided to go out in the car of my sister's husband. Where I live in Port Harcourt, we went to an asumemt park named Pleasure Park.
I was so excited to watch a 9D movie when we were given the freedom to choose what to do. Despite hearing about visual reality, I have never encountered it. It was pretty fantastic, but unlike how they portray it, I wasn't terrified. Instead, I was quite excited to have my first experience.
We remained here for up to three hours before having to leave since it was becoming late.
When we got home, they still handed us $15 (10,000) as Christmas money, and I was overjoyed. When a family gets together, it's incredibly enjoyable. Due to my nephew and the fact that it was already dark, my sister, who lives in the same state with us, had to return home. The morning following the 25th, my other sister and her husband departed; they had to stop by her husband's village before returning to Abuja.
I appreciate your reading.
