Hello friends, how are you doing?
I'm glad you visited my blog today.
Teachers have a great impact in our lives no doubt but there are teachers that forever didn't like in my secondary school. I'm not sure i didn't like any teacher in my primary school but in my secondary school it was my integrated teacher. He was also teaching my further math and that made me dislike those two topics. If not that I loved my math teacher, maybe I could have hated calculations courses and it would have affected my choice of study of being a science student.
I also did well in other science subjects because they were so cool and really taught me well. My integrated teacher was also the principal of my school. He was very strict and even 90% of the students hated him. His presence alone or when his name is mentioned can even make you peep on yourself. I could remember the day one of my course mates told me “The principal is calling you". It was as if the ground should swallow me. I thought about the possible wrong things I have done. Our class was tagged to be one of the disturbing classes back then but then it can be done with other students, not him.
He was in charge of punishing noise makers in my class and when he asked the class rep to write we made sure our hate wasn't included.
There was a day I fell prey to my name being included in the name of noise makers. I cannot forget that day he flogged me and I got a mark in my palm. I didn't really tell my parents because I know they won't come to school to fight or anything that is scary till now that annoys me whenever I see it.
Although everything he was doing was for us to become reasonable individuals in society today. I was a real disciplinarian as if he was a military man.
**My worst Teacher **
We can't have the worst and not have the best. Except for my integrated science teacher I loved the rest but then not as my English Teacher. I can still remember her name well, “Madam Beauty". It has been over 10 years since I last saw these people but the memories with them remain fresh in my head. She was not only a teacher but a mother. She takes her time to explain every bit of study and make sure we understand. My school made literature compulsory for science and art students till Ss3, I don't know why tho. But because she handled that subject I did not one day fail literature. Reading stories became my hobbies and even story books that involve fictional characters made us act it real in class and it made my love for reading increase.
It's not that she doesn't flog or discipline us, she is a no nonsense woman but then she corrects us in a friendly manner.
Everyone did like her and we passed her subject at ease.
Thank you for reading
