I guess I am liking the Freewriting style and every now and then I am able to find a nice topic to talk about it. This time I have for you guys - "24 Habits TO LEVEL UP YOUR LIFE" once again the credit on the image goes to SeekWiser account at X handle. Before we get any further, I would like to spend some time talking about what it means to level up your life? In very simple terms its all about adopting routines and behaviors that enhance your personal, professional, and emotional well-being. This as a result should help you reach new heights of success, fulfillment, and growth in various areas of your life. In this post we are going to look at some of the 24 Habits outlined and it’s not just about making big, dramatic changes often, it’s the small, consistent steps that lead to significant transformations over time. So lets dive into it::
24 Habits To LEVEL Up Your LIFE.....
Picture speaks a thousand words and if you look at the above image it speaks for itself. A small shift here and there can get you better results; its that SIMPLE. I know habits are difficult to change but what we are looking into is a small change for better results that should help lift your LIFE. When I saw this picture, I was like it perfectly makes sense. One need not look at all the 24 habits lined up but by just changing some daily routine and is consistently practiced, should lead you to growth, improved skills, and a better quality of life. Do you AGREE on this? I am sure you WILL...Out of these 24 Habits listed. I will delve into just 3 which is more important to me and will talk about them based on my experience and highlighting how these habits can be transformative in shaping a more fulfilling and productive life.
- PRIORITIZE SLEEP...
Just imagine how things would be or look like when ones SLEEP is disturbed. I am sure that person whose sleep has been disturbed will not be able to work 100% effectively. There is going to be so much of confusion and chaos because of not having slept properly. Hence if you are in this boat its better to make a small shift and prioritize your sleep over anything else for better results.
- WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS...
Its not for the first time that I would be talking about - How important setting GOALs in life is and incase you are not setting GOALs or writing it down then you are missing out on the important point. Let me tell you that if you have your GOALs then its like almost 50% task achieved and the remaining 50% you will thrice to accomplish as you have set yourself this GOAL for you would want to fail now. Therefore just incase you haven't written your GOAL - just make this shit now and set or write down your GOALs on a piece of paper and then observe how things change ahead in near future.
- LISTEN TO YOUR INTUITION...
This is very important to me where one should try to listen to their INTUITION..Yes I know its not a easy job but if you are in that position that you are able to listen to your INTUITION then I am sure you will agree with me that it would have created wonders for you. Let me give you an example here and this story ties back to like almost 7 to 8 years ago. I had this craving for SILVER bar back then and I used to track the price of SILVER every now and then. Ok then came the price Rs.35K for 1Kg SILVER which is equivalent to $415+. I said to myself that I should at least now buy a bar of 250 gram SILVER. And you know what I bought that silver bar and now my craving for having 1 kg Silver bar grew up. Fast forwards the price of Silver hit to around Rs.33K+ approximately and this is where again I listen to my INTUITION and went ahead buying that 1kg Silver bar.. fast forwards to current price of silver which is now almost Rs.100K+ for 1kg silver bar...so you see how important it is to try to listen to your INTUITION... just give it a try...
