Form our childhood we have been learned that always work hard. And their is not any doubt that the people working hard are also getting sucess but it's not all about the hard work people have to be smart also. During my childhood my elder brother told me that hard work is good but along with hard work combining the smart work is superb. The hard work is done by a labour also but he does not earnore then a engineering because the engineer is doing the smart work also. I also agreeed what he told me or what he was wanted to convey me. In today world smart work is big reason behind the sucess of all people of course they work hard also with all their dedication. Here I never means that we should over ruled the hard work. Kids using the ChatGPT to complete their assignments may be smart but not a hard work and not good for their growth but inplace of asking AI to complete the assignment if the students using it for learn, apply and using this as a tool in studies is smar move. Asking AI to complete the work will solve the problem for current instent but this will make students lazy and they never grown up and understand the concepts. Imagin the situation where a medical student consulting chayGPT before prescribing the medicine to patients, is it cool? No never.
School is the place where kids sped big portion of their day and learn many things aother them which the were tough from books. This is the one important place after home. What but I observed that in most of the school still they are following the old traditions methods to tech the students. Today is the era of technology and if we do not using to technology to increase the effectiveness of the teaching system then it is injustice to the students as well as to the technology. Students watching the online videos of comedy or shorts is good for the entertainment but their is so many content creators which teaches the basic concept in very effective way as they uses the animation to explain the concept of the topic and it's always more effective to understand by audio visual then the old reading text book and imagine the things in mind concept. The school are lacking all those concept of learning the students.
Letvme share the one experience of mine during my engineering studaay. I have completed the mechanical engineering and fluid mechanic was one subject we studied in second year. The subject was not very hard but one day I was browsing the YouTube videos and come across accidents to one video which was explaining the concept of fluid turbines and to be honest that was so simple and effective because of the animation the content creator used to explain. I was always get confused on the geometry of the turbine blades (cups actually). But by seeing that on computer screen make me understand that in a moment. I love to mension that the internet was not available atvthat time like we are using now days on our smart phones.
In India government took initiative and some of the government school has been upgraded and known as the smart schools. Those school has facilitated with the interactive writing boards, projector and upgraded labs. Now the big challenge is to maintain the facilities and the people use of them. The training of teachers is very essential part in those cases and I really appreciate the efforts by the local government. The education is basic necessity and the right of the every child. The students also need to understand that these all facilities are for their use and make them understand the concepts easily and not to use the technology to make them lazy or start cheating. No doubt the use of technology is for their better future. School has to come out of the normal way of teaching they are following form the decades which is more based on reading and remembering. The small kids in the primary school also feel so much burden of school work and compition now days which I feel is not good, I love the concept of home schooling but in today busy schedules it's not possible.
