Dear Hive Friend and Hive Learner Members,
We all live in the world which become more and more self oriented. The greed has pointed man's soul. The money becoming the ultimate goal of life and we run for it all our life. But to make the world a better place we al have some duties and we all should has some moral codes that we must follow. Those are nit any special codes, those are some practices we must follow during our day tonday life. Each perosn has their own boundaries that he or she do not want to break and those known as the moral code for him or her. If some one ask me what is a moral code the for me its a standard of life or practices I follow during my day to day life and it helps me to behave well. The moral become part of our lives and generated or developed form verybearly stage for our life. So it also get effected my the upbringing, parents, surrounding amd the environment around us. Their are some point of time when we get intraped between the moral duty and necessarily (which is against our view points). The parents and teachers are one important in any kids life as they are the role model for any kid and they follow what they see. During school and before school they spend most of the time with them so they observed and learn many things form them. It may be good or bad, they are like clean board and anything they saw and observed getting written on that board permanently. The honest, loyalty, truthful, respect, kindness, forgiveness are some morals that were tough to us in our childhood. Those are codes that made us a respectful and well behaved personal and helped us though out our journey of life. I also follow some moral codes that I do not want to break, irrespective of the situation I may be.
Helping the needed one activity which I follow and always my priority during my personal as well as the professional life. Helping others does not only means that helping financially, it also means showing respect to them, providing the necessary help to others etc. In today's world every one is busy in their own life. People do not have time for themselves, time is precious and time is money for them. No one want to be give their time to others for free but some time a small support like listening to others also become great help to the others. The people are getting frustrated and depressed as they do not have anyone to whom they can share their thoughts. Listing to such people is also a great help to them.
I am a mechanical engineer and has good hand on 3D modeling software. I always love to participate and help.others if they fins any difficulty during the usage of those software. My subordinates and colleagues also know my nature and skill so they alway called me for such help. This also give me peace of mind and satisfaction and also enhance my own technical skill. Ome time the problem occurred is known to me and took seconds only to solve and some time ifits unknown or new to me also then it also give me opportunity to learn and express tye software, which ultimately enhance my own kills and capabilities. So helps others also has other benefits also.
I always follow that we always leep in mind that the other also expect the same behavior as we expect form them. So now it's upto you how you want another to behave with you. Their are also some occasions when I do not able to help others and that was not because I do not want to help then but because the situation or actions were not in my control. I feel sorry for such situations
