When we were in school their was story in our text book and still I remember the same. Let me share the same with all of you.
One upon a time a parrot was living with two of her kids on a forest. The kids were just born and was not knowing how the world is. One day because of the heavy winds the all get separate form their nest. One kid was taken to a village by the wind. One kind person took care of him and kept with him. The other kid was captured by some robbers or you can say the bad man.
As the time passes both kids grow up and learn many things for the surrounding they were living. Some of learning were good and some were bad. The parrot which was with kind person was very kind and always greet others with good words. Everyone loves him as he was behavior was good. On the other hand the parrot with the robbers also learn many things form the surrounding he was grown. The robber always fight with others and also uses the abusive language. In same way the parrot also start using the abusing language and no one want to come close to him. Moral of the story was that we should company with good persons which gives teach us good things.
The story tell us the very important lesson of the life. Our surroundings and the upbringing paly a crucial role in our behavior, and it's not my assumption it's the fact and I believe in that. The will power of the grown person is restricts him but in case of a kid, which does not know much even do not know anything about the life he grasp very fast form the activities happening around him/her. I have observed and I have many real life example for same. In our Indian culture the liquid drinking is not considered as the good habit and when a kid say any elder form the family drinking the whine or any other liquid he also get attracted to same and for him it's very casual to have it.
In the same way the domestic violence in the family or the misunderstanding between couples which leads to the fights effect very negatively on kids. Some time the kids get depressed and lost the confidence and fait in relationships.
The very first teacher for a kid are the parents, kids learn many things form the starting from the speaking to the walk and more is how to behave with others. In my opinion up to the age of 10 to 12 years the parents has full control over their kids but afterwards they get more exposer to the outer words, they make start going to the school and make new friends, learn form the school and their friends. The new environment now start deciding the behavior of kids, in this age the parents can not follow their kids everywhere. Its good also the give them some freedom but some time this freedom goes wrong for example if the kids fall into bad company. Overall in my opinion the parenting playa major role in behaviors of a kid but the parents can take control up to certain age limit only afterwards the kids are free to take their decision but the basic is what they learn in the early age. Some parents become more strict and some parents are too much soft and in both the conditions their are higher change that the kids will get negative effects form the action. To much strictness is not good for overall growth and increase the stubborn nature of a kid and to soft means that the kids will lack the decision making and some other crucial activities. In my opinion the parents as well as the situation is responsible if the kids behaving badly. Their are many examples around us where the parents does best possible for the kids still they the kids become opposite of what is expected and some time the a good version of kid comes form parents which do not do for their kids.
