Last year and all my life I have been focusing on community and helping people, why? A healthy community makes a healthy individual, me. But also it is nice when the others also help us. Many people helped me last year, and many of them are here on Hive. Because of them, I could continue my path to healthy growth in the blockchain. It was a year that I met many people. I have just completed 2 years on Hive, but I guess that my networking pumped more after my 1st year in the blockchain. In my personal life, I have maybe fewer people to thank! But still, I do have.
No ano passado e durante toda a minha vida, tenho me concentrado na comunidade e em ajudar as pessoas, por quê? Uma comunidade saudável faz um indivíduo saudável, eu. Mas também é bom quando os outros também nos ajudam. Muitas pessoas me ajudaram no ano passado, e muitas delas estão aqui no Hive. Graças a elas, pude continuar meu caminho para um crescimento saudável na blockchain. Foi um ano em que conheci muitas pessoas. Acabei de completar 2 anos no Hive, mas acredito que minha rede de contatos cresceu mais depois do meu primeiro ano na blockchain. Em minha vida pessoal, talvez tenha menos pessoas para agradecer! Mas ainda assim, tenho.
Personal life
In my personal life my wife was a great player, she was the first person to support me during all the problems faced at work. She listened and of course, gave me tips on many problems. In addition, she helped me when I needed it during some periods that I got sick ( not many just a couple of days in bed because of a virus). Also, my two daughters giving me unconditional love was important many times. We live far from the rest of the family, but I guess we built a good place to support each other at home.

Hive Learners
I have just checked that my first post at Hive Learners was 9 months ago, on March 28th. So I am close to completing 1 year in this awesome community. The first thanks of course is to @dlmmqb, who introduced me there. The community is so awesome that right now I am working in the engagement team there, so some X and inleo's threads contests I am helping with voting and some drafts to post. In addition, I made friends, and I could cite them, but I am afraid to forget someone, let's see the glorious Panda that gave me good curations @mahirabdullah , @starstrings01 and @prayzz. Also the amazing @bruno-kema, is a very sensitive author who needs to get his fanbase raised for sure. My colleagues from the engagement team @olujay, @nkemakonam89 and @idksamad78699. In addition to being colleagues, I can say that they are amazing authors as well. Olujay produces texts with deep thinking knowledge. Nkemakonam has amazing motivation and empowering thoughts from this powerful woman and Idksamad is growing a lot in his texts about crypto that make me think about my investments. Also, great authors from Brazil that I am going to mention in another topic soon. Other authors, I had the pleasure to exchange many comments with through the year and made me learn a lot, such as @shawnnft, @terganftp and @jjmusa2004. There are some other people as well, such as @rafzat that is always around sending comments that motivate me to write more.
Silver Gold Stackers community
It is amazing how a simple group with not many members can do and gather as friends, just because they love shiny things. I am thankful to @thekittygirl for presenting me to this community. Amazing people with very nice hearts. Also, they inspire me a lot in my addiction to silver/gold. @silversaver888 , @buggedout, @bitcoinman, @bulliontools, @trumpman, @thebighigg , @kerrislravenhill, @dfinney and so many others.
HiveBR community
I don't remember the reason, but it took me more than a year to meet this amazing community with many interesting people and very good authors, such as @aiuna, @mengao, @shiftrox, @michupa , @elderdark, and some others. I am very thankful to have met these amazing people who gave me tips on Hive since many of them are more experienced than me in the blockchain.
Pizza community
Different from my first year, I will admit that my engagement at the Pizza server reduced a bit, mostly motivated by some good friends that just disappeared from there, the bear market affected me a lot. However, I would like to thank the administration, @hivetrending idea of creating a contest that is associated with my will to help in Hive user retention. The contest to power up newbies with 500 hp for a month. That way I found my spot again in the community and I am referring a user every month without skipping any contest. That
Work as hive witness
That was a very interesting work that I have been doing for one month now, and it all started with some motivation from @mengao, who I am very thankful for with some initial tips on how to set up the witness. After my witness was set to go, I am also very thankful for all friends who supported me in this path, @thekittygirl (again mentioned) surprised me a lot by making some campaigns in theterminal and ladiesonhive servers. Also @hivetrending gave me some good tips along the way in addition to supporting me with Pizza community votes together with Beard. Also, all the Silver Gold Stackers and Hive Learners community that is supporting me. Now that I have the support of most of my friends that I met, the next challenge is to convince more people whom I never talked with to support me, maybe this way I can make more friends. On this very difficult path, I could meet wonderful authors, such as @daltono and @nainaztengra. In addition to a great talk with @ecoinstant. Vida Pessoal
Na minha vida pessoal, minha esposa foi uma grande apoiadora, sendo a primeira pessoa a me dar suporte durante todos os problemas enfrentados no trabalho. Ela ouviu e, é claro, me deu dicas para muitos problemas. Além disso, ela me ajudou quando precisei durante alguns períodos em que fiquei doente (não muitos, apenas alguns dias na cama devido a um vírus). Além disso, minhas duas filhas me dando amor incondicional foram importantes em muitas ocasiões. Vivemos longe do restante da família, mas acredito que construímos um bom lugar para nos apoiarmos em casa.

Eu acabei de verificar que meu primeiro post no Hive Learners foi há 9 meses, em 28 de março. Estou prestes a completar 1 ano nesta comunidade incrível. O primeiro agradecimento, é claro, vai para @dlmmqb, que me apresentou lá. A comunidade é tão incrível que agora estou trabalhando na equipe de engajamento, ajudando com votação em alguns concursos de X e inleo's threads, e também contribuindo com alguns rascunhos para publicar. Além disso, fiz amigos, e poderia citá-los, mas tenho medo de esquecer alguém. Vamos mencionar o glorioso Panda que me deu boas curadorias @mahirabdullah, @starstrings01 e @prayzz. Além disso, o incrível @bruno-kema, é um autor muito sensível que precisa aumentar sua base de fãs com certeza. Meus colegas da equipe de engajamento @olujay, @nkemakonam89 e @idksamad78699. Além de colegas, posso dizer que são autores incríveis também. Olujay produz textos com conhecimento profundo e pensamento crítico. Nkemakonam tem uma motivação incrível e pensamentos empoderadores dessa mulher poderosa, e Idksamad está crescendo muito em seus textos sobre cripto, o que me faz refletir sobre meus investimentos. Comunidade Pizza
Diferente do meu primeiro ano, admitirei que meu envolvimento no servidor Pizza diminuiu um pouco, principalmente motivado por alguns bons amigos que simplesmente desapareceram de lá, o mercado de baixa me afetou muito. No entanto, gostaria de agradecer à administração, a ideia de @hivetrending de criar um concurso associado à minha vontade de ajudar na retenção de usuários no Hive. O concurso para fortalecer novatos com 500 hp por um mês. Dessa forma, encontrei meu lugar novamente na comunidade e estou indicando um usuário a cada mês sem pular nenhum concurso.
Trabalho como testemunha do Hive
Esse foi um trabalho muito interessante que venho fazendo há um mês agora, e tudo começou com alguma motivação de @mengao, a quem sou muito grato por algumas dicas iniciais sobre como configurar a testemunha. Depois que minha testemunha estava pronta para funcionar, também sou muito grato a todos os amigos que me apoiaram nesse caminho, @thekittygirl (novamente mencionada) me surpreendeu fazendo algumas campanhas nos servidores theterminal e ladiesonhive. Também @hivetrending me deu algumas boas dicas ao longo do caminho, além de me apoiar com votos da comunidade Pizza, juntamente com Beard. Além disso, toda a comunidade Silver Gold Stackers e Hive Learners que está me apoiando. Agora que tenho o apoio da maioria dos amigos que conheci, o próximo desafio é convencer mais pessoas com quem nunca falei a me apoiar, talvez assim eu possa fazer mais amigos. I think that many people are behind this big progress that I made in the last year. Many names...I hope that I didn't forget more important names that helped me along the way. Probably that was my longest post from the community, so many people to thank. In conclusion, I am thankful to Hive for allowing me all this good networking.
