Hello everyone, how are you today? I had a friend some years back; and he was a great comedian and joker. He was a good friend of mine which made me better to him than all his friends; hard working and very simple man.
He was very loving to most people because of his nature, which means that he made some people laugh and happy.
There was one thing I noticed about him, if he tells you 10 things; 8 would be lied to and 2 would be truth. Therefore, we all saw him as a liar because of this nature of lying to him. He was addicted to lies; and could not control himself from lying. This made us look at him as a liar.
When I was away, he called me that someone has died in my environment which was perfectly true; but the way we saw him made me not believe in what he was saying.
✅A JOKE THAT GOES TOO FAR IN MY LIFE✅
There was the day I came back from school; I came back from school tired and exhausted. I had to go to my friend’s room to eat dinner because I could not cook again because of tiredness. James was my classmate, he came to my room and said, “Chris, I just came back from school right now, management have pasted the results of three courses in our department, I checked your Matric number, your number wasn’t there”.
I was about to sleep, but the moment I heard about my results were not there; my eyes were cleared. In that night, I went back to School which was about 10km far away from my hostel: when I entered my department and check the notice board, there was no result pasted there. I was there for 30 minutes, and searching everywhere after I checked our department dashboard.
When I was going home, I branched in one of my course mates to confirm what he said,” He told me that no result was pasted today”. -Frances
I went back home with annoyance😠😠, when I got home. He told me that, “I was joking with you my friend”
I got angry the more because how could you be joking with me; and you saw me going to school, you never said that it was a joke. Until I went and came back from school.
He said, “I am so sorry, I never knew it would hurt you like this”.😞😞😞
Please if you are cracking joke, let your joke have limit. How could you make such a joke, allow me to go back to school without telling me that it was a joke until I came back. Do you know what you have caused me tonight? I became so scared when you said my Matric number was not there; and I was in Phobia till I reached school praying for God to have mercy upon me. You know that it was my final year, any mistake will cost me an extra semester in the school, and I don’t want to have a problem at this moment.
You know how many students rewrote some of our courses because some of them did not see their result.
Till I reached school, I was emotionally disturbed, sweating and panicking. I would have been crushed by a car now if the driver was on speed. I was walking in the middle of road while I was on campus. The diver was asking me, “what was my problem?”

DOES CRACKING JOKE MAKE ONE LESS MATURE
Cracking jokes does not make one less mature, it is a person’s behavior and the context of the joke that determine whether the person is mature or not. What you joke about and the manner of which you joke determines your maturity.
My professor jokes whenever he wanted to facilitate learning, yet he was a matured man.
Using everything to joke will make you immature; a friend of mine called me some time ago that, “i joke about everything which affects every facet of my life, it is out of control. Please I need your help”- Jkaa
Making too many jokes at all the time will make you less mature, there should be moderation in everything you are doing. People will look at you as immature when it is too much or uncontrollable.
I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness. Success comes to the people who are desperately and consciously searching for it. When it seems unsuccessful or you smell failure around you, never discourage yourself to be successful.
