There's always a time when we are left at a crossroads. At that point, any decision we take will either lead to celebration because it was a wise decision that paid off or the decision will lead to regret because it turned out to be negative.
This is the reason why it is important for everyone to way the pros and cons of every decision before embarking on it. On a general note people hardly associate with people who are known with failing at most of their ventures. The success they say is an orphan that has many relatives while failure is an orphan.
Recently I had to make a decision on having to brood my birds from day old to maturity but due to my immediate experience so I was kind of scared. When I was deliberating over this issue It took me about 1 month to come to a final decision.
My resolution now became to get the birds for 3 weeks at least I will not have to stay awake to take care of them because the brooding stage is the most stressful in raring birds coupled with the fact it was seriously raining within that period.
My decision was not so easy for me to carry out but I did. Shortly the rain stopped and I was not so happy in the season that many people started calling to ask if I had the 3 weeks' birds. Do questions make me regret the actions I took early? My previous experience made me enter into seriously regret my earlier decision.
Now I spent extra money on putting the 3 weeks' birds, secondly, the birds are not so good because the farm is not the one am used to and as if there is a problem with the hatchery so they are not growing as well as the ones I use to bring.
Well, if I have the privilege to make the decision again I will take the risk of getting the day-old chicks I will hug the decision. Because I have observed how festive season sales go. People are making it big time this time.
Just this morning I was able to lay off some birds for my landlord that I st 9 weeks down the lane. He would have bought from me but I told him I was not going to brood. Well from this experience I have learned some things which I wish to share with you.
Taking a calculated risk
If anyone should fold his hands not to take risks it will be riskier for such a more, so it is good to embark on risk when you have sat to look at it critically.
There is time for everything
Everything in life works with the season so the best for everyone is to discover the season and make use of it judiciously. Opportunities repeat themselves but in another dimension.
Fear Pays no one
Fear does not do anyone good, so everything one does he have to cast feat aside and do the needful as much as you have gathered the necessary skills nothing should stop you from giving it a try.
Life is filled with its risks and not taking risks is risky too, so stand up and do the needful. If I have another opportunity that I pray to have, I will not discourage myself the way I did I will go into the business without looking back. Let me encourage myself by saying, I used this time to get more experience on how to round the seasonal business.
Thank you so much for stopping by. You can also do well to join the hive learners contest if you have not done so yet.
Bye for now and do stay positive
