Physical exercise is very good in keeping the body in a good healthy place. Many sicknesses that have prevailed these days can be linked to having little or no time to warm up the body. Most times we get so carried away with things that we give no time to keep fit.
Most people work from their room to the car, enjoy the air-conditioned then to the office and back home. One just has to be deliberate with the way we take care of our physical health.
I have not come to carve out a particular time for exercise 😓 but my numerous reasons are best known to me, but there are some things I don't take for granted anytime I have the opportunity to do them.
Most weekends especially on Sundays I term as my work-free day. What I do most evening walks around my neighborhood to see some friends. Most times the distance I cover is so much but I deliberately refuse to take the bike. This time is just for a slow walk because when I walk so fast I may get so tired on time and change my mind.
Also, I love dancing to good music, yes good music. Don't worry, one of these days you will see my dance videos. I can dance for Africa. Dancing helps me to keep fit. When I go for service and music is sung I dance with all my heart because I know I may not have the to do that elsewhere. Also at home during my free time, I play loud danceable sounds and enjoy myself. My son has already learned this so most times he does the selection of the song he wishes that we play and he dances as well.
Dancing is another way of keeping fit because at this time all your system is active and most of the unwanted fates are burned out at this time.
