Happy weekend friends hope it is going well in your area. Mine is fine too. Thanks to all the admins and mods of this amazing community. Am glad to be a part of this contest.
Employment left what it use to be. That is when people go to the office to submit a physical application and then go for an interview on a scheduled date. Being a full-time worker in an organization mostly you will have to get up in the money and head to the office daily and that's what you do for the whole month and the year as long as you work there, then based on the arrangement with the organization too
While as a freelancer in a company one can be hired to work for the organization from the home and he is told what to do for the organization. Mostly the freelancers write documentaries for the organization and he is placed on monthly salaries too. I met a lady who said she got a job with an organization to work for 3 months as a writer and they never had one-on-one contact with them.
Modern-day work has left what it used to be since the advent of coronavirus. It has colonised into moving from analog to digital, so those that have the digital skills are doing exceptionally well.
If am to make a choice I will choose to be a freelancer in a company. The reason is that;
- I will work from home
- As a freelancer, I have more time for myself than working as a full-time staff
- This gives me more opportunities for self-development because I will be in diverse organizations and their
writing patterns - This will expose me to more opportunities to develop myself.
You don't have anything to lose when you work as a freelancer.
