Greetings to all of us who have been in this beloved community, today I am back in front of your eyes to share my story about how to deal with stress because everyone has experienced stress, be it mild stress or severe stress. Before continuing the discussion, I would first like to thank the Hive Learners community for giving me the opportunity to enter this contest. As we know this week is the 22nd week of the first edition of the contest in this beloved community.
In everyday life, of course, there are many problems that we face, both family problems and problems in the workplace and there are various kinds of problems that make our heads dizzy and sometimes with these problems we are very stressed in dealing with it takes quite a long time I'm sure Everyone must have experienced what is stress because stress is something that already exists in us that is ingrained from birth and everyone also experiences stress in various ways that they face when daily life becomes stressful, of course there are many factors. which encourages him to think which makes the head unable to digest in this case stress will continue to run rampant on us so that many people are stressed resulting in very bad communication with fellow relatives for that we must really be able to deal with stress to be able to live a better life good.
Talking about stress, of course, everyone already knows what stress is because stress is a reaction from that person both physically and emotionally or commonly referred to as mental, there are many changes in the environment that require a person to adjust because stress is called a natural and most important part. in life if it is heavy and lasts a long time on a problem then it will damage our health because we are constantly thinking that without us being able to cope with it, a lot of teenagers react to stress in very different ways and it is very wary because there are so many stress from people we call today's teenagers by dealing with stress By taking special pills or commonly referred to as illegal drugs that make their minds calmer and it's really not recommended in life because it can damage health very seriously.
As for talking about how to deal with stress, I personally certainly have my own way of dealing with stress. First, of course, I will think positively about what problems I'm experiencing and I won't burden my mind with a problem that I can't afford to deal with. I will ask other people's opinion to solve my problem because if I handle it by myself the stress will make my head dizzy and I really need other people when stress happens to me so everything is resolved well for the next I prefer to maintain health by how to exercise running in the morning and healthy physical activity on a regular basis and also not staying up late at night not sleeping too late and also I will think about eating nutritious food so that my body becomes healthier when thinking about something complicated so it will decrease If ever h I experienced it and I used to experience serious stress when I was still finishing college and it really made me very stressed at that time I finished my thesis up to hundreds of sheets which really made my mind stressed But at that time I didn't complain at all and it's just that I thought that this would be over And one day I'd be fine.
I continue to think positively and calm my mind and at the same time I am stressed so I think of doing something entertainment that might help calm my mind and after that as I mentioned earlier in the morning I often exercise regularly and also I sleep well. enough and eat nutritious or balanced food with my body that way I finally managed to finish the description that made my head so stressed at that time and I was really happy at that moment and at that moment I really realized that thoughts are something very important in our life and we must really be able to handle our thoughts well because if we keep thinking negative then our life will not be good and positive thinking is a better way.
So the conclusion that I can draw in my writing today is that stress is something that of course happens to everyone and to deal with stress we must really take care of our physical body to be healthy and also most importantly we don't stay up too late at night and especially we have to exercise regularly. As for the stress that occurs suddenly, try to think positively. Because positive thinking is something that can give us victory, and don't ever think negative because it will definitely bring your life much worse.
