I was about 10 years old at that time and till now I remember that advice and those exact words said by the man.
I Was Rushing Back to Home
I was a kid so that time i used to rush for things which is obvious and I was offering prayers at 8pm and still had to complete prayers.
I remember some of friends were playing outside and when I heard their voice I just thought I've already prayed which is necessary and can skip the others..
Was about to leave the place and the moment I was at the door there's this old man who used to offer every single prayer and he noticed I didn't completed mine..
What he said me was "who'll offer rest of it? Leaving in the middle is like you've not even started or did anything.. once you start something it's better to complete it first and than do rest of whatever you want.
The moment I felt bad but that advice stayed forever
I was like confused and felt bad hearing that from someone completely stranger but later I realized he didn't wanted anything bad for me, it was his good intentions.
Even now after 10 years, everytime I do something a task or such thing in real life I don't left it in the middle to do something else or for fun..
That thing taught me once you've started something.. there's no option other than finishing it off.. if I'm not getting the result first day doesn't mean it was a waste of time but sometimes good thing takes a bit more time to show results.
The worst migraine headache
It's about last night I had a worst migraine because I went out without covering my head and than it got kinda worse.
Thought I should sleep for about an hour or two but had other tasks left to do and one of it was making a long form post...
I had this one advice in my mind that I gotta do these things I'm supposed to do today without excuse and than woke up in the middle of night to do work.
The reason I'm telling this is to tell how someone's advice can have serious impact on your life.
Wrapping Up...
In the sometimes even a stranger advice is better than a Fren or someone you personally know.. This happened only once to me and still a part of life.
Hopefully you guys have found this interesting and would love to know your thoughts about it and what's the best advice someone gave you... Feel free to share it in the comments.
