I was never satisfied with the income I used to get in the workplace and have wondered a lot why it is like that and why I'm not getting equally paid like others in the same office.
This is the Gap created by our current system and I'll share my thoughts on this equal pay and worker satisfaction in this one.
The Quest for Equal Pay
We do 9 to 5 Job like every other person but some have high pay, some are getting low while sharing the same hours.

It's about a few years ago when I used to work in a call center and that interview was weird.
They told me my salary will be like 18,000 PKR all because of my qualification was like 10th grade back then and still was a student.
While on the other hand, those who had graduation or like more High qualification were getting paid more like 25 to 30K PKR in local currency.
It wasn't equal pay cuz of education difference but I was as capable as others and doing the same thing.
it's how system works
If I'm getting paid low despite of doing full and same work like other while all we do is communication there should be no difference but this is in system.

You spend years paying fee's for colleges and universities and after graduation if the other who is still in school or college start to get paid as same as a graduate what will make them continue paying fee and studies?
Yea, exactly that's how system works.
Pay Equally Based on Skill is the way
The worker satisfaction lies in this concept of mine where a person is equally getting paid for his skill like every other person with same skill.
No one want to hire someone in a workplace without skills except labour which is fixed pay and we know how much at least for an hour or so.
Similar thing we need on this work side like imagine a software developer getting payoff $50k in salary and other software developer is also getting same.

How the Local Currency or different Region create difference...
A software developer living in my country isn't getting paid as much as a software developer is getting paid in the US. It is because of our own country economy and GDP.
We can't ever argue with "equal pay" as much as US while working in a firm or company based in own country where minimum wage is less than 30k.
But, a Global Currency like there's a bitcoin as only one currency accepted all over the world than in that case getting paid equal will make more sense.
Closing the Gap with Worker Satisfaction
The concept of equal pay is something complicated and with my personal experiences and understanding it is possible if we have a obvious figure a person can make with that skill no matter at what workplace, firm or company he's going will get that obvious figure.
I wonder what's your thoughts on this and would love to know about it in the comments.
