I have worked as a full time employee and also been a long time with freelancer Cousin so know the both of side pro's and cons.
we all should respect other's profession whether it is full time job or being a freelancer or any other field.
Working full time in the office Vs Freelancing
For some people working on the office full time could be more comfortable than doing freelancing even though you have a choice when to work or do chill.
They like to wake up early in the morning leaving comfort zone, Going to office on time taking their instructions and working according to them, waiting for promotions, urge of being a Good and honest employee ~ Nothing wrong with it when a person is happily doing this but in most cases it's not like that.
Or some doesn't have any skills to sell as a freelancer because our education system just force to memorize books, take exams, get Good marks and that's it find a job if it's available with minimum wage barely enough to run a family.
Process before getting a job

The process before getting a job is something not easy or quite painful because one will have to listen so much from others and that's why I say treat like one with respect.
In freelancing case, you need to learn a skill and fiver, seeUpwork is always open.
leaving comfort zone for office daily
waking up every morning early was something i can't forget forever, when the alarm starts all you want is to not leave cozy bed but leaving bed with incomplete sleep.
Wearing outfit, getting late for office so not doing breakfast still reaching late making excuses or giving explanation of it ain't fun.

Nothing hurts more than going back to office after weekend or ever got call by Hr on holiday because they need us there on urgent work.
In freelancing, you don't need to sacrifice your sleep or fear about reaching late anywhere.
Don't have to cry thinking weekends are gone and the work day will start from Monday.
Acting is very important for being an employee

I used to work hard being honest but then their was a guy who was Good at acting, like carrying a diary or pen at office meetings pretending to note down every details.
In freelancing, your acting won't work only action and real skill will earn you money.
Freelancing ain't give you full freedom
It's just a misconception that freelancers have full freedom, truth is they are kinda same like employees working in a company.
And freelancer working for a person whatever if it's a graphic design, content writing you will have to make exact thing your customer wants.
It's the only case where you don't have freedom or control.

Convincing the client part not to make any changes in the work is a big hustle but in the end no choice except to remaster whole thing is painful.
Crying for promotions working full time vs freelancer

Some people gets promotion so fast lifting weights (Smart work) while other hardworkers or loyal employee crying deep down for promotion but these company policies won't get you one and even if you get not enough to be happy.
While in freelancing, you don't have to wait or ask for promotion - it's on person when he wants more money, start accepting or increase work load and promote yourself in no time.
Dies waiting to receive salary
An employee have to wait whole month going through all, working really hard for salary.

In the end of month our wallets are always empty no matter if it's a freelancer or employee.
But as far I know freelancer can withdraw his salary anytime without waiting for whole month to end.
Both of being full time employee or freelancer requires a lot of hard work and efforts for a better living.
I would say doing own business (freelancing included) is a much better choice than working under someone.
But as I said sometimes we don't have any choice especially when the unemployment rate is low, colleges didn't taught you any skills but still finds a job in company is nothing else better for someone.
