and kind of expose the whole health sector like the doctors carelessness is something else but everything else is also too confusing for a patient.
Like you'd have to visit and run to each corridor to find whatever relative doctor you want to see cause the hospitals are so big and it's always crowded.
Unlike other countries the good thing about our health sector is they've provided incentives and have given privileges to poor like you can get treated with no cost if you've health card which is something only poor one's are eligible for
Nevermind we're gonna talk about the strikes that doctors do sometimes when they don't get paid or are treated poorly by the department or the patients and it's quite a serious topic that tells a lot about the government and mentioned department.
The Doctors on Strike is So Unethical
A couple of weeks ago I went to hospital cause I was feeling severe migraine and dizziness with quite an high fever and I was at work so they told me to go see a doctor
And luckily the hospital was like two streets away so went there and joined the queue which was longer than I thought
The management at government hospitals is just way too cooked like their focus wasn't even on patient, I'm talking about person on the counter giving you receipts to go see this doctor in that specific room
And he was like talking about I'm going on a break, I don't want to this so tell someone else and carelessly acting like he's not supposed to do that job at all

Somehow after ages I got my number and went to see doctor and that doctor herself was good cause she did inspection and told me to go get these meds and injections from X room
So went there and that person made me so pissed off like first gave me an injection and told me other one will be after this
He went missing from that scene and someone else voluntarily came in and I asked him another inj is pending he was like nah it's done that was all
I went on a road to find that doctor and brought him back with him just to get those other medicines too.
They don't care about serious injuries
So one of my friend brother had an incident and broke his leg and went to hospital the same as I did
They said his leg ain't broken and did temporary treatment like just want to get rid off the work
So next day senior doctor arrived and did an inspection when he found that leg is broken and it's a serious severe injury which has been fucked by those doctors and now they did operate on urgent basis
Still They go on Strikes?
The way they treat patients and take their profession non seriously I don't think it makes any sense to go on a strike where they demand more salary

And perks like they've not already given enough so it's kind of injustice to the patients at hospital waiting for their treatment while they're on stretcher but it's just miserable for patient in a public hospital the way they get treated.
I don't think strikes are the solution, if you work around you clearly you can make the difference and bring the change you want to see.
It used to be a thing before but nowadays strikes are nowhere to be seen cause there's a lot of doctors waiting to get a job so everyone is trying to save their spot and just make money.
