one of reason why it is said that happiness is real when it's shared, I believe humans can't stay happy for too long without family or people they love.
Also it's just in our culture and tradition that made family so valuable in our life. I consider it a big blessing that we can eat together and live together instead of going our own separate ways.
Things are way too different here than most of the countries where people see family on events or occasions only.
A dinner with Family
In our culture it's very common to eat together with family at the same place like dinning table and you're all sitting next to each other
No matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner - you can't just walk away and eat food in your room separately from others

The rule is that if you're in the home and food is on the table, you'll have to be there with rest of the family
And even if you're like "oh I don't want to eat it rn, I'm not hungry" your family member will insist to join them and take a bite or two. (There's no way you'll say "No" and they'll be like alright leave him)
I think it's pretty common practice in whole Asia. Everyone respect and appreciate these things that's why culture and tradition is still alive as well as the respect for the family.
Strong family Bond
It's a blessing to have a strong family bonding in this time where people have stopped valuing these relations like the good old times

There are people who think doing dinner with family everyday is just too much, they can't spend that much time and all that excuses are the reason why they don't live together, they'll only see each other on some funeral, events.
I believe when we involve more within the family than we become a better person in the society as we learn how to talk, value each other and those discussions that happens on the dining table is always cherry on top.
Wrapping Up...
I'm kinda sad while writing about this because in about couple of months I'll be the one leaving my family behind to work and secure a future
There's many such cases who have family but far away from them, they know how badly they miss those dinners and time they spend with family
And also many people don't have family at all but they have people who give them importance and value, these are the things that makes family
And we just need to be grateful about it as this is one of those relations we live everyday. I hope you do agree with what I've said and I'd love to know what's your thoughts on this in the comments.
