At some point when you're growing up eventually someday that person will realize it is the right time to become a helping hand for parents.
I meant finding a Job or doing work for own expenses whether it is school fee's or for partying and anything else just not asking parent's for money and now doing at your own.
It is what many are doing now and there are those who are planning to do both study and work.
I'm Working and studying since I was in high school and even though now carrying both of thing's on my shoulders but thing's are different now. So I have some Tips for those who are planning to do both work and study from my own personal experience.
I wasn't satisfied working 9 to 5 along with Study
In the beginning, I was thinking if I do work it will only have a negative impact on my study and also I was a bit scared too regarding my study which makes sense.
Deep down what's in my mind and what happened doing 9 to 5 job was I will have to wake up with incomplete sleep to reach at workplace. The boss will scold me for coming late without understanding I was doing my school work or preparation for tests.
Making a schedule for study and working was hard and stressful. Most importantly I wasn't happy while working there.
Reasons 9 to 5 Job as a Student should be illegal
Most of the students rush for 9 to 5 job for making school fee's, expenses etc and same reason was of mine.
9 to 5 job had a pretty much negative impact on my study. I was physically and mentally tired everyday.
I felt like being a puppet while working 9 to 5 from doing everything they say to Not able to take off from work coz of my salary will be cut if I take leave.
And getting paid less barely enough for school fee's after working 9 to 5 everyday then salary after a month.
Perks of Living in 21st Century
Luckily I wasn't late when I realized it is 21st century where being dependent on 9 to 5 ain't a thing anymore.
The world is evolving into something where people don't want to hear/Take orders from Bosses anymore.
when I Met blogging platform two years ago where I started writing and by the help of different Crypto which gave me money for own expenses without being someone's puppet changed everything.
I don't need to wait 30 days for salary approval
The concept of Getting salary after 30 days is old thing in 21st century. platforms like Hive and Crypto Gives more than enough freedom to spend money when it's needed.
We all had gone through a time when money is needed in emergency and you're requesting where you work to provide salary in advance and no doubt most of the places they Give salary in advance but the process of asking makes you feel bad.
The worst thing is when salary has been cut off because of being sick or any other reasons even after telling.
Takes holiday simply when mental breakdown takes over and workload increases
A person is not machine and at some point will have a mental breakdown coz of working, studying at the same time and now one must need to take rest for good health.
At some point workload Gets increase and one need to drop a little bit of height to keep going and so with Crypto and web 3.0 Blockchain it is possible while working in a 9 to 5 it will result in getting fired or hiring someone else in your place.
In the end people who are studying and planning to do work along with it should try to look opportunities in Blockchain, crypto or e-commerce space before going for 9 to 5.
My perspective says in 21st centuries Gen Z should have a mindset of being independent and not compromising on freedom which is possible in this era.
