Hello hivians,it's another week to share in our knowledge,it's week22 edition1.
Thanks to admins and moderators for their initiative topics,they have been really doing wonderful job, welldone.

Stress is a state of mental strain or tension which may occur due to particular circumstances.
Stress is something each individual may one way or other come across,it's inevitable; it may come in many ways, which includes;
Job
Facing a big challenge
Emotional hurt
Pressure
Over-worrying
Bad incidence and lots to mention
Stress is not limited to only adults or gender,young children also undergo stress due to one or more reasons,it may be school activities or errand running at home, likewise home chores etc, anyone is subdue to stress,we will surely come across it in our life, even the president of a nation undergoes stress,so how wouldn't we?
HOW I OVERCOME STRESS
- Soccer
This is the main thing that take away my stress,it's either I go out to play football or watch football matches, anyone would take away my stress,thank God premier league and championsleague is back,lol,it's something that gives me joy naturally.
- Play video Games
This is also what relieve stress in me,when I'm so stress to the limit, the best I could do is to play games either on my phone or play station,it really relieves stress for me.
- Sleep
Sometimes when I'm over-worried about an issue ,I know might stress me further, I'll just try and relax my brain with a nap or just rest maybe even sleep long if am at home, prevention is better than cure.
- Watch movies
This is also what I do to take away stress in me,I'll rather watch comics, which will make me more alive and stress-free.
- Chat/ call friends or family
I love getting motivational talks from my friends or family to relieve stress and it has really been helping me a lot of times.

It might either be chat,video call or voice call, just to hear their voices and feel loved.
- Play the keyboard(piano)/music
Playing the keyboard is really a key-factor to relieve stress in me,or either I just play my favorite songs (Eminem or Michael Jackson).
