Greetings everyone.
I trust everyone is okay, it has been an amazing time here on hivelearners community with lots of interesting contest. Let me use this opportunity to appreciate the moderators who have been making sure that they should be interesting contests for everyone to deliberate on. Writing about this weekly featured content, I got carried away with the thought of making money as a full-time employee. Yes, making money demands time to build up a sustainable source of income.
For someone to be able to reach a height of no regret, he or she might have spent time investing on the area of focus. This is applicable to both the freelancer and the full-time employee. If I am being given the opportunity to choose a preferred job, I wouldn't want to be a freelancer. I know they are lots of interesting features involved
in being a freelancer but I will go for a full-time employee being that provisions have been made for that.
Reasons why I prefer being a full-time employee.
1. Steady source of Income.
Being a freelancer is sweet but if one has not been able to set a solid source of business or anything they are engaged in, there are times of losses and as well time of low sales. In this period of time, living your usual life will be hard which will most times lead to getting loans. As a full-time employee, whether or not the company/organization make sales, the stipend paid to the employees are always made ready and will result to having what to solve your basic demands in time relieving an individual from the accumulation of situations that would result to unsolved problems being procastinated till when it will not be solved again.
2. When pension is involved.
There is always an age limit for retirement, seeing an individual body condition and state of health at that age. This is brought to show that there is no need to continue stressing the body and to compensate those workers they are been paid till death.
This is the beauty of working in an organization or company that placed their workers on steady pay.
