So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.
This is a traditional dish, that is cooked with a lot of hard work, It's not cooked regularly, we cook it after a month or two when our family members are getting together or someone from the family asks for it. Usually we cook it in Chicken, but today, we decided to cook it meat.
Ingredients
- 3-4 Pieces Onions
- 3-4 tomatoes
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Biryani Misala Packet.
- mutton ( 1kg )
- rice ( 1.5 kg )
- salt ( as per taste )
- water ( as per requirment )
- lemon
- mint
- yoghurt
Cooking Procedure
First we will but the onions on the cutting board as you can see in the images.
we will peel off the ginger and garlic and will make their paste in the grinder.
We will take out the Biryani Masla in the small container.
Now we will wash the mutton properly with the water.
Now we will take the Pressure Cooker and will oil to it. Then we will add onions in it.
after adding onions we will add the Mutton , and cook it for some time. and then we will add ginger garlic paste.
Now we will make tomatoes Paste.
we will add the tomatoes paste into the cooker/container.
Now we will add the Biryani Misala in the cooker.
Now we will cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for some time.
It will soften the mutton, after some time, we will open the cooker and will add the yoghurt, salt and water as per requirement.
Now we will add the rice in to the big containers for boiling purpose.
we will add, lemon, mint, green chilli, lemon after boiling the rice.
Now we will add the what we have cooked before over the rice and will mix it well.
after adding it, we will keep it on the light flame for some time after covering it properly as shown in the figure
