Hey Everyone, I hope you are all fine and doing great. This post is my entry for the weekly featured content in the #Hivelearners community. Today's topic to write about is The Teacher's Fault

The topic we’re going to discuss today is a very important one, and I’ll try to talk about it in the context of my own society—the environment around me. When a child is born, they represent a ray of hope for their parents. Naturally, a deep love for the child arises in the hearts of the parents, and they cannot bear any pain or suffering for their child.
And in this love, they go so far that they either don’t see their children’s mistakes or choose to overlook them, which, in my view, is a very negative thing. This attitude becomes a reason for those children to go astray, leading them to struggle later in life, whether it’s related to their studies or any other aspect of life.
Parents should maintain a balance. When their child makes a mistake, they should deal with it firmly, and when the child does something good, they should reward them, perhaps with a small gift, like a toy, for example.
If we take this idea further, we all know that parents are a child’s first teachers, and children learn by observing their parents. So, if parents provide a good upbringing, the children will perform well as they grow older. But if there’s a lack of guidance from the beginning, they’re likely to make mistakes, get involved in negative activities, and neglect their studies.
So we can’t place the entire responsibility for a child’s poor performance in studies on the teachers. Yes, they play a role, but in my view, they are always second in terms of responsibility. In the society where I live, the teaching profession is held in very high regard, because it is the teachers who shape us into people capable of achieving greatness in life.
But it would also not be wrong to say that some teachers contribute to a student’s decline or poor performance when they treat students very poorly, punish them without reason, and take out their personal frustrations on them at school. This kind of behavior causes students to lose trust in their teachers, which can lead them down a negative path.
That’s why school principals should maintain a check and balance to ensure that no teacher is treating any student poorly. If such behavior is found, that teacher should be immediately removed from the school. Otherwise, not only will the student with poor upbringing continue to be affected, but even a well-behaved student may be led astray. I hope you understand my point.
