So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.

Dragon Walk is one of the most famous places when it comes to eating chow mein and we usually go there, almost twice a month. But today we decided to cook them at home to participate in Creative Sunday.

let's Start.

Ingredients

1/2 KG noodles
1/2 KG Boneless Chicken
1/3 KG Carrot
1/2 KG cabbage.
1/2 KG capsicum.
Salt ( As per your taste )
1 TableSpoon Crushed Red chillies
1/2 TeaSpoon Cuman Powder.
1 TeaSpoon Crushed Black Pepper.
1/2 TeaSpoon White Pepper Powder.
1 & 1/2 TableSpoon soya Sauce
1 TableSpoon Oyster Sauce.
2 TableSpoon Red Chillie Sauce.
1 TableSpoon White vinegar.
200 ML Oil.
2 TableSpoon Tomato Ketchup.

Cooking Procedure

First of all, we are going to make a yummy and spicy sauce which will be used later in the process.

To do that, Take a small bowl and add 1 TableSpoon Crushed Red Chillie.

after adding Crushed Red Chillie add Half Teaspoon Cumin Powder.

Now add 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper.

Half Teaspoon White pepper powder.

Now add salt to it, the amount of salt depends on you. You must not add too much salt, because the sauces we will use already have salt in them.

Now bring Shangrilla Soya Sauce

Add 1 tablespoon Soy sauce.

You will require Shangrilla Chilli Sauce.

Add Two Tablespoons of chilli sauce.

Oyster Sauce is one of the important ingredients.

Add 1 Table Spoon of Oyster Sauce.

Don't forget to add Synthetic Vinegar, it will enhance taste.

Add 1 tablespoon of Synthetic Vinegar and mix all these ingredients properly. now our spicy sauce is ready.

Take the boneless chicken, and cut it in julienne cut form. Marinate it with salt, egg white, half a tablespoonful of black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of corn Flour, Fry it in oil for almost 2-3 minutes. Chicken colour will turn like this as seen in the picture.

Now chop Garlic in a hand chopper.

add oil to the cooking pot and then add chopped garlic in the cooking pot and cook it for some time, until it changes colour.

Now add Carrots to the cooking pot and cook it for 1 minute.

capsicum is the next thing, you will add to the cooking pot.

Just after adding capsicum, add chicken to the cooking pot.

Now bring Cabbage cut in the Julliene form.

add it to the cooking pot and cook it for 1 minute, You must do this procedure in high flame.

Now bring the Sauce we prepared earlier and add it to the cooking pot. cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.

Now add 2 Tablespoons of ketchup to the cooking pot and mix it well.

We boiled noodles for 10-12 minutes and stain it in the stainer.

add boiled noodles in the cooking pot.

Mix it properly up and down. turn off the flame, when all the ingredients mix all together.

Now eat and enjoy it with your family and friends. the method looks long but it is very easy to cook.

They were very delicious and the best thing is they were cooked at home with all the precautionary measures.

I really enjoyed eating it.
