I would like to start this post with this beautiful quote by Lao Tzu
Life is a mixture of different unexpected and expected events. Expected events are those that we know that are going to come in the X number of days or times. For example, the birthday of someone, the marriage of a friend or any member of your family.
On the other hand, unexpected events include the birth of someone, an accident, the death of someone, etc etc. This is what happening in my life, for the past 1 month, I have been living a life of expected as well as unexpected events. Here I will mention some expected as well as unexpected events that are not letting me focus on writing on hive.
At the start of Feb, We came to know about the marriage of a cousin, which was about to happen at the end of February. It was happy news for us, but it also came with a busy routine and a lot of unnecessary functions that we added to our traditional. First, there was a Simple date-fixing function. After that, there was a NIKAH ceremony (which is a necessary event) and after that, 4 more events including Mehndi, Barat, and Valima and also there was a dinner Function after marriage.
Along with this marriage, there was another marriage in the family which was necessary for us to attend as they also attended my marriage 2 years ago.
These were some expected events that created problems for me and due to these, I was unable to write on #hive, which I love to do :)
Some unexpected events were also along with these expected events, It includes the death of my aunts. She was around 80 years old. Her Husband died about 27 years ago. After the death of her husband, she lived with us. Though she was not my real grandmother, I always considered her my grandmother and used to visit her at least once a month.
here I forgot to mention, that last week I got a call from my uncle, who was with her when she was admitted to the hospital, he told me that, She might need 3 bottles of Blood as doctors were suggesting an operation on the disease she was suffering from.
Also due to old age, her HP was very low and it was just above 7. Right after I got a call for this emergency, I called my brother and asked him to come home so that, we could go to hospital for the blood donation purposes. My blood group is B +. I donated 1 Bottle of blood that night and came home late.
I met a person there who had been suffering from kidney failure for the past 7 years and was on dialysis since then. He had to come to the hospital two times a week.
I can't even imagine the pain he was suffering from. Nothing could be done. It was in his fate. he was living with that. He was unmarried.
During this period of one month, my wife also got ill and I needed to take her to the hospital for a checkup and thank Thankfully everything was fine.
Due to all these events, I got distracted a lot and wasn't able to write on Hive which I missed a lot. Even today while writing this blog, I slept on my computer chair, My wife came and awakened me and then I started to write again.
hopefully, I will get back to my routine and I will continue to write on my favourite platform #hive.
