Problems, trials, challenges and temptation is everywhere. It seems that they are going too where we are heading. They didn't exempt anybody from kids, teens, adult and even to our dear grandparents.
These problems, trials, challenges and temptation brings stress to anyone that will have any of these.
Stress is a feeling of physical, emotional or mental tension cause by a problem in your life. It is a reaction of our body towards a challenge or demand.
When I became a mother, I decided to resign, stop working and become a full time mom. It's a decision that comes from me and my husband because we wanted to take care of our son.
Being a mother and became unemployed after a long years of employment is not easy. There were lots of changes in almost all aspects of my life.
Physically, I cannot do everything as I want. I can't carry heavy loads just like before. Mentally and emotionally I struggled too. I felt jealous towards my workmates who are still working and having a salary after two weeks. I felt self pity for being at home all the time.
There were times that I will cry over different things which is in my mind. Sometimes it will lead to headache.
Time after time I was able to adjust and cope with the stress.
How to cope with stress?
Connect to the giver of life

One of the most important thing to consider in life is our connection with the Almighty. If stress is there to make you down, always remember to pray. Talk to Him and tell Him everything that bothered you. Read His messages and listen to His words. They're always on time and never ends.
Find another ways to enjoy upon
Yes, finding ways to make yourself busy and enjoy upon is a great help too to cope with stress.
After months of giving birth, I tried to learn how to cook some kakanin I make myself busy on it than sitting on the corner of the room thinking useless thoughts that will give me stress. By doing so, I had fun, I enjoyed it and most especially I learned.
I also tried online selling. This makes me busy and focus on what I am doing. Thus, it helps me to cope with stress too.
Find time to unwind
Learn to find time to relax and stop thinking about the problems of life. You may want to go to the beach, look around, witness the sunrise or sunset. You may want to go to a mountain, inhale fresh air, feel the cool wind and listen to the twitting birds. You may want to visit the best tourist spot in your place and see the wondrous creation of the Almighty. You may also want to visit your favorite restaurant or food chain where you can enjoy your favorite foods.
Learn to open up
Sometimes we cannot think well because problems take over our mind and brought too much stress to us. Learn to open up, find someone you can trust and share your problems. He might can't help you in solving it but he might help you release the stress and released the uneasy feeling inside.
I open up to my husband, to my siblings, to a friend, to my sister in law and to my mother.
Let it out

It is okay not to be okay. Life is not all about roses, we also have those thorns. If your heart is so heavy that you cannot bear at all, learn to cry. It will really help you. You can cry alone or find some shoulder to cry on.
I am always doing it to free myself. After crying, I feel something good.
Don't think that you are alone
Everyone is facing trials, problems, challenges and even temptation in life. We all have it and everything happens for a reason. You might not understand it now, but later on you will and will be thankful for having it.
Problems is always there. You and me have it differently. We are given problems according to our capacity. Problems have a solution. Never ever thought of taking your life just to escape on it. It is not the solution. Don't escape, face it. Face it with God, face it with your partner, face it with your loveone and always find a reason to live, find reason to go on. Don't stop, keep moving until you're done in that specific chapter of your life. Everything will pass through.
Thank you for your time.
