In living this life we cannot be separated from the names of hate and love because these two words are already attached to every living human being, every human being has something called lust which leads to a bad character if we cannot control it and therefore it is better hatred towards someone or oneself is eliminated in this life.
Hate is one of the traits found in humans, and it is not only hate that is found in humans, but there is love which is the opposite trait to hate. In this life, humans not only hate themselves but can also hate others, hate the work being done, hates things that he doesn't like, and hates other things. actually this hate will lead someone to destruction or hostility towards something and in the end we will always be controlled by that trait if we don't get rid of this trait properly slowly.
In the following I will describe several ways to get rid of self-loathing
A. Fight negative thinking
Self-loathing will continue to arise when we always think negatively, when negative thoughts arise, try not to obey them because they are not necessarily true. Instead of continuing to blame ourselves, we should be more open-minded and look for solutions so that the causes of these feelings can be resolved.
B. Try to forgive yourself
Learn to make peace and forgive yourself, understand that mistakes that occur are not a sign that you have failed or do not have the ability to succeed. Remember, no one is perfect in this world, each individual has their own strengths and weaknesses including ourselves. Feelings of self-loathing that are left alone can make it difficult for us to develop and move forward, instead of fixating on life's failures, try to always be confident and learn from these mistakes so we don't repeat them in the future.
C. Learn to love yourself
Begin to be confident and learn to love yourself, for example we plant and grow positive thoughts and positive actions, when self-love has blossomed, we will be able to be more grateful for everything we have, enjoy the life process that we live and then feel happiness.
D. Learn to accept praise
When we get a compliment, don't immediately reject it or feel you don't deserve it. say thank you to someone who has thrown the compliment and then we are grateful for the better things we have done. it can be a great way to reward and motivate ourselves so we don't become self-loathing.
E. Spending time with people who make us happy
Being locked up in unhealthy associations and constantly growing negative thoughts. Instead of relying on people who can't grow positive things in our lives, let us look for a new environment and associate with people who can respect one another, which means they can respect us too. Connecting with positive minded people will help us to feel better and self-loathing can slowly fade away. This can also be done as a form or way that is good for our mental health.
Self-loathing can affect many aspects of our daily lives so instead of continuing to burden ourselves with these feelings, try the methods above so that we can start to stop hating ourselves and love ourselves more.
From my discussion above, in the following, I will write about the self-loathing trait that I have, even though this trait is very contrary to my own soul and instincts. inside I really hate those who are not disciplined, both disciplined at home in keeping time and lack of discipline at work even though I know that these traits are not good traits. so in terms of discipline I am very lacking, almost every day I arrive late and always get reprimanded by my boss. this is the discipline that i hate the most but i still do rhymes. and i hate it so much.
From my explanation above, I can draw several conclusions
Hate is a trait possessed by a person and hate cannot be separated from that person and what can be done is to eliminate this hateful nature.
Self-loathing is a trait that can make us broken and not progress and develop and not become successful people
To get rid of self-hate can be done in several ways such as fighting negative thinking, trying to forgive yourself, learning to love yourself, learning to accept compliments and spending time with people who make us happy.
Self-loathing can affect many aspects of everyday life and we should not always be burdened with these feelings and finally try to live a healthy life, so that we are physically and mentally healthy and finally physically and mentally healthy.
