Hi Hive Lovers
Some of you are those who are intensely involved here. Everything is running smoothly and their involvement has earned the appreciation of many people. But, others are those who experience stagnation in their engagement; even to make one post, they have to drain a lot of energy and spend a lot of time. After making a single post, they did not get any appreciation.
If you pay attention, then you will easily find several accounts here that have their respective strengths of character, and they can consistently continue to maintain their involvement in this #HiveCommunity.
In general, you can present about anything and anytime here. You have absolute freedom for that. But, to show character and maintain engagement, you need something else, namely passion.
I have a three-point general statement about passion, and let's test it together.
- Passion is about something you love and enjoy doing.
- Your work will be fun if you work according to your passion, finally
- In order for something you do to be sustainable, you must find your passion.
Maybe you agree with the three statements above. But I don't. I have another point of view about passion.
Passion is what you love and enjoy doing
What you should like to do is more accurately called a hobby. It's not enough just to like it. You need to pursue it and not only feel like it, but you also have to master the field that you like. Your interests and mastery should be there.
Is your involvement here just because you like it, but you don't master it? Of course, you can measure the consistency level of your engagement so far. right?
If you work according to your passion, then work will be fun
This doesn't have to be. In fact, you will spend a lot of energy and resources because passion is an intense and deep emotion towards something.
Something that involves emotions and you are excited about doing it will make you "suffer." But by combining emotion with passion and mastering the field you like, it will make everything easy for you.
If you rely solely on passion and have high expectations for your involvement here but you don't really master the field, then when your expectations are not met, you will be disappointed and discouraged. You will really suffer for it.
In order for something to be sustainable, you must find a passion
It's true, you need passion. But, you can't really find your passion. Passion is not found but must be formed.
You can try and explore many things, dive into and master what you do in your various personal projects. Then it will slowly become your passion there.
Conclusion
Many of those who are successful here are those who can maintain their engagement consistently. They are people who really like and understand what they have to say, and they do it.
