It's very hard for people to enjoy life if they don't have their life in order and a huge chunk of what makes your life in order is the fact that you have things you spend time on and those things are worth all the time you spend doing it. The whole narrative gets even better when your finances are fairly decent.
One of the major issues we face in my part of the world is the problem of unemployment and underemployment. To be fair, I've seen a lot of talented people in recent years and these people are not only relying on talents. They know they have the talents and they also know they need to step things up with genuine hard work.
Well, what if they don't ever get an opportunity to show their talent to the world?
It turns out that people don't exactly like when I say that talents need to be displayed and appreciated by others before they can become very valuable talents. Maybe it's because there is a particular talent out there that doesn't have to be displayed for it to be valuable, but I can't think of any.
Take writing for an example. Even if you write the best piece and there is no one to read what you wrote, the value of that piece will effectively be reduced.
If you are an artist and all your artwork is hidden under a rock where no one can see and appreciate it, a case may still be made about the value of that artwork. However, the true value can only be appreciated when people get to see it. That's also when the talent of the artist will be recognized and appreciated.
Since we are all on Hive Blockchain, there's no doubt that we already know how much we've been able to grow by consistently being active on the blockchain. I, for one, can attest to the life-changing opportunity I've been able to embrace ever since I started my Hiving adventure. That's exactly why I'm still here and I'm still enjoying the grind and the adventure.
Also, I'm spreading the good news...
Being on Hive Blockchain is something I've been experiencing for so long and I've come up with so many theories of why it's really important to share the Hive gospel with other people. If you are from my part of the world, you will easily see why so many people need to have a first-hand experience of what's happening here.
I know the opportunity that Hive offers is open to everyone and I've onboarded a lot of people of varying age brackets. However, the majority of those on my onboarding list are teens and young adults especially those who are genuinely trying to explore opportunities that are open to netizens. It gets even better if the person has a creative skill, but I don't mind if the skill isn't there. There just has to be a willingness to learn.
In one of the posts I shared a few weeks ago, I briefly talked about an experience I had with a bunch of young folks who wanted to learn about Hive but they were lazy and nonchalant beyond redemption. After working with such people, I've become more conscious of who I give my minutes when it comes to this onboarding adventure.
Onboarding people on Hive and being there for them whenever they need me is one of the ways I use the things I do here to help others. The rest of the things I do with the things I've learned and earned on Hive will be kept off record till further notice.
Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma.
